"Top class hotel with top class service!"
I was little hesitant on staying at a hotel on a long term stay for a business trip, especially with a family. However, after staying here for little less than two months, I'm here to prove that JW Marriott Seoul can accommodate any type of stay the most pleasant experience you'll have in Korea. JW Marriott Seoul has an excellent facility (gym, pool, sauna, lounge) in I would say the best location in Seoul. Whether it be public transportation, shopping, dinning and access to business district, it's all within walking distance or within 30 min. commuting distance. What makes JW Marriott Seoul stand out among other outstanding hotels in Seoul is the top class hospitality provided by professional staff members. First of all, I would like to thank Sales Executive Daniel Lim. Upon checking into hotel during busiest time of the year, knowing that I'm staying here with my family to include my 4 year old boy and a 3 year old girl, Daniel personally took the time to talk to me and assisted me in upgrading our family to a junior suite at the earliest convenience. Daniel even kept me posted on what the status of the upgrade was and followed up to ask if the transition went well. Secondly, I would have to say the best part of about staying at JW Marriott Seoul is having access to the Executive Lounge. The daily access to breakfast buffet, the nightly hors d'oeuvres and complementary drinks are nice but the staff at the Lounge is what makes is special. I really appreciate the professionalism, tentativeness and attention to detail the managers Daisy, Hailee, and Sukyung Lee have which I believe trickle downs to rest of the staffs. I can go to any of them at any time for any issues or questions I might have. I also want to thank every staff members at the Lounge, Rosie, Ana, Flora, Hannah, Alice, Ted, Danny, and Leo for taking their time to not only know me but my family and always treating us as part of the Marriott family member. Even my kids enjoy going up to the lounge because everyone is always smiling and taking their time to say hello and talk to them even when they are busy. My kids have really enjoyed the "Max" program at the Marriott and are looking forward to participate in more activities. After the pastry experience program, my kids wanted to take pictures with the Chief Pastry Chef (sorry, don't know his name) who were really friendly with my kids and Barbara who they really liked. It's also very pleasant being greeted by friendly staffs at the lobby/Concierge desk going in and out of the hotel. Stephanie, Dorothy, Helen, and Lisa always greets with a friendly smile and goes out of their way to assist me and my family with anything we need from using the business center, parking, to guiding us to different programs at the hotel. Last but not least, the Housekeeper on my floor Mrs. Som Jeon Suk (') not only does an excellent job with keeping the room nice and clean but very friendly to our family. She is always asking if we need anything and tries to work around our schedule to ensure our room is taken care of. I continue to look forward to staying here and enjoy what I believe is the best hotel experience in Seoul.
"Staying for five nights"
The room was very nice, with nice view, clean and has a very comfortable beds. The services in the hotel was so excellent, the restaurant, fitting room, bars and all facilities provided. Plus the car service from/to airport was so nice with a luxury car and WiFi.

Huge rooms, outstanding service, fabulous executive lounge with great breakfast buffet and happy hour that totally obviates the need (or desire) to have dinner, terrific 24/7 gym. Just a joy to visit!
"Great hotel in seoul"
It is been a while to stay JW in seoul. It is great facility and nice view. But, if you are in hurry, you should be patient. elevator take so long especially in the morning time. Mr. Will park who is sales director always satisfied me. I expect he can influence staff where I was disappointed 5years ago and changed Hotel before.

Our company uses the JW Marriott Hotel whenever we are in Seoul, and we are always impressed with the hotel and staff. They're friendly, accommodating and professional. I've gotten to know the sales executives fairly well and Daniel Lim is always there to greet us with a smile. He even sent chocolate up to my room once to say thank you! The gym is top class and I always feel comfortable in the rooms.
