"The good and the not so good"
The good included the bell staff who was most accommodating and the vastness and variety of the pool area. Housekeeping staff were well trained. Nice room with very large screen tv. The challenges started with the check in staff that was not able to properly code the key for the self parking lot and left me frustrated and no one would answer the contact attendant button. Also very few, if any, added benefits for being a Lifetime Platinum member. No room upgrade, no concierge lounge, no complimentary benefits. Despite a business trip it is treated as a resort but no beach or ski slopes.
"Luxurious kid friendly hotel"
Second stay here. The first was for a conference as the hotel very much caters to the conference crowd (the facility is actually 3 hotels in one... though I can't remember the other two brands of hotels). Stayed here for one night as a stop over between our theme park trip and our flight. Our kids loved the pool / water park. My wife and I loved the luxurious surroundings and upscale feel. The restaurants were great and had an amazing breakfast at highball & harvest - one of the restaurants on site. Drinks were also great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful room, very clean. Could have stayed here longer! Great for conferences, very good for families... but the cross over is a bit weird (walking around in our flip flops and shorts with others in business attire!). There is also a starbucks on site which was great!
"Gigantic hotel close to nothing"
Utilized this property for a one night stay after a recent cruise out of port canavral. Hotel was a gigantic pink hotel attached to an adjacent Ritz. Lobby was impressive, room was clean, and relatively small. Front desk bartered back and forth in an attempt to get us to upgrade our room. Pool was gigantic with a lazy river and outdoor restaurant. A second outdoor restaurant was being upgraded, and looks to be open soon. Resort fee includes 2 free floaties. Fitness area/gym was great. Hotels has absolutely no charm or soul, but was otherwise fine for a large convention- type hotel. Better options for a family.
Stayed here for a company conference. Facilities are very impressive, and meeting rooms very spacious. Wifi a little spotty but it held up. Rooms very comfortable, spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again
Not necessarily a family place but for adults this is great. Nice layout, atmosphere and a well run hotel. More conference related for the most part but for a relaxing couples time not bad either. Pool facility and bar is really nice.
