Stayed here for 3 nights, staff are very friendly but facilities leave a lot to be desired. I wouldn't stay here again i think there is better value for money. WiFi in rooms wasn't great, TV never worked and was never fixed. I booked a tour through the resort for a tour of angkor wat but his english was pretty basic to a near level terrible. He gave no insight really to the temples and didn't understand the most basic of questions. I got partial discount after complaining but it wasn't enough given the cost
This is a lovely little haven in the heart of busy Siem Reap. It's far enough away from Pub Street and the markets to allow some peace and quiet, but also close to make them easily accessible. The rooms were super clean and the staff absolutely lovely and very accommodating. We had breakfast included and that was also great. We arranged our trip to Angkor Wat through the hotel, which was super easy and a lot cheaper than anywhere else we'd seen. The rooftop pool was wonderful and usually really quiet so it was a great escape from the heat. There's also some really lovely bars and restaurants near by. It was ideal for us in every way.
"Really nice cozy hotel very close to the center of Siem Reap"
This hotel is one of the nicest I have tried in Southeast Asia. Very nice rooms, very pleasant common areas, located rather close to the city center. The staff is extremely helpful and sincerely nice. The food service is very nice also. Some mosquitoes in the open-air common area...which I guess is very hard to avoid in this part of the world due to its climate.
"Great location, great staff"
We got a good deal on this hotel as it was low season. It's really close to Pub Street, the night market and Hard Rock Cafe. The staff were awesome, but a little disappointed there was no fridge in the room. Don't bother with a balcony room, we only used it for drying!
"Nice hotel, excellent location, wonderful staff"
The hotel is in a quiet street a ten-minute walk from Pub Street. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is professional, helpful, and friendly. Upon arrival, we noticed that our room was very humid and had a moldy smell and asked to be moved to another room. We were told the hotel was full for the time being. Two days later we asked to be moved again and were moved to a different room immediately. Our new room was perfect.
