"Very nice hotel with recent update"
Had a conference at the Convention Centre and stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It is walking distance to the Convention Centre, bus stops outside, and close to the MTR station. Lot of eating places and severe computer and electronics malls around. The hotel is doing a renovation of lobby. Interior update has been completed, I believe. It now looks very nice. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The one who greeted me is a young gentleman from France. I chose to pay a little bit more and booked the slightly larger room instead of the standard one and I didn't regret that. It is clean and with all basic supplies. Don't expect any view since it is in Wanchai but it is still comfortable. Reasonably priced. I also like it because it is a non-smoking hotel. Highly recommended.
"Ticks all the boxes!"
Most friendly and efficient staff, got upgraded to a nice big room with all the facilities and free bottled water. Free use of a smartphone with free internet and free international calls to 11 countries, including USA and Australia - "handy" indeed! Room was ready before the advertised time and the coffee shop next door serves the best doughnuts ever. Central location, bus stop in front, close to tram and subway. Very quiet room with a window to the back of the building. We stayed three nights and will certainly come back on our next HKG visit.
"Great customer Service!"
The location is great. Very close to the MRT station and very central to all the places we wanted to go to. The Smartphone was exactly what you need when exploring the city. The staff are absolutely helpful and attentive to anything we needed, particularly Paul Chan. Thank you so much for your hospitality!!
"We will return!"
Great location walkable to most places or transport, great hotel team, comfortable quiet room and bonus of the Handi Phone! What more could you want'! We had 4 nights and really felt like one of the family when we left. Concierge staff, were amazing with lots of tips on where to eat, where to catch transport and best places to visit. On the day we left they even walked us and our bags around the corner to catch the free shuttle to HK station for the airport link train. Such friendly service. In a city where prices are high this is a very cost effective hotel. It's clean, the rooms are roomy enough by HK standards and bed very comfortable. If we are back in HK in the future we will definitely stay.
"Nice stay, smartphone in every room is a plus"
Found a good offer and decided to take it for my stay in Hong Kong. There were some renovations while I was staying there (Feb 2017), so the entrance was a very small door and outside of the hotel was under scaffolding but that's not a problem to me. I got upgraded to a bigger room for free (although I was only by myself). Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with necessary amenities (coffee, tea, toothpaste/pic, etc.). They also offer one smartphone in every room with free data service and free calls to HK and other countries which is a plus (despite you cannot tether). Cleaning personnel was very polite. One day I had the do not disturb sign on and when I came back to my room (around 3) and turned it off they immediately came to ask me whether I need something. Rooms are mostly quiet although I think they could use extra layer of insulation. I was able to hear movements in the corridor.
