"Number 1 for good reason."
Can't say enough about this place. The service was impeccable in every venue. The wait staff in the International Restaurant and Buffet was so personal and extreme. Special thanks to Manuel UC, Juan Luis, Jose Ake and Armando Juarez. They blessed us the entire week. The spa is first class and Carmen did an excellent job with therapeutic massage. Norma in the salon was also amazing. Last but not least, our butler Samuel went above and beyond every day to make sure we wanted for nothing. The Asian and Italian restaurants were our favorite. My husband used the Moon Palace golf course, which is contracted by Le Blanc and was duly impressed. We definitely will be returning to this beautiful resort.
Can't say enough about the people here. I had read the other reports and of course was a little skeptical but my company chose LeBlanc and man did they make a great choice. Every single person there is focused on EVERY guest. They do it in such a gracious manner. Never once did I feel obligated to them - they Truly were focused on making the visit enjoyable. The resort was pristine and every detail attended. There were plenty of activities or you could just relax!! I only got to try three of the restaurants but I was pleasantly rewarded at each one. In particular I enjoyed them bringing little samples of dishes that they wanted to showcase. I have no hesitation recommending this place for any occasion and will definitely be back!

Making the right choice for the next vacation spot, can be a daunting experience for most of us. And if you happen to be looking into Mexico, the level of difficulty raises exponentially: there are miles and miles of pristine beaches, lots of world-class hotels and many destinations to choose from. But Cancun is, and will continue to be, the top choice for many local and foreign travelers from all around the world. Why' Because Cancun have it all: nature, adventure, history, fun, beaches and… top notch service by LeBlanc Spa Resort. As an avid traveler, Cancun is often a choice I do (my wife and I, actually) when seeking for my next relaxing vacation destination. As many of you, you will be bombarded with hundreds (if not thousands) of hotel option for whatever budget you might be ready to pull out. For the many of us that could expend a little more by seeking top-notch service, your obvious choice will be LeBlanc. I feel the obligation (after being a guest twice! And visiting lots or other resorts in Cancun) of telling you why I truly think this property it is well worth giving a try (or two!) and has been constantly rated as #1 on TripAdvisor. First of all, LeBlanc is perfectly located in the center of the hotel zone in Cancun, close to shopping (Kukulcan Plaza, La Isla, etc), dinner (you won’t need that!), fun (as in Coco Bongo) and everything you’ll ever need during your stay. It is a very private, very boutique (even with it’s 200+ all-suites accommodations), very personal, very high-end experience. The main building has it’s bars (3 actually), restaurants a-la-carte for dinner, spa, pools, pool bars and one of the most well-kept beach infrastructure you will find around Cancun hotel zone. I have been lucky enough to stay at some of the closest competitors to LeBlanc, and trust me, there isn’t much you will miss from the rest. I spend around 20-25 days a year at beaches (Cancun mostly) and without a doubt LeBlanc is from now on my only choice here. Rooms are spacious enough to accommodate all your needs, with several types to choose from, and for most visitors a Deluxe one will suffice. It might not be the most luxurious or modern offering you’ll find, but keep in mind you are in Mexico for a complete experience that is about service, natural beauty, fun and relaxation. To get to that full experience the most important thing about an all-inclusive resort is, you guessed it: service, food, drinks. As for the drinks, the offering is endless, having your choice of beers, wine, sparkling, liquors (imported too!) all-day all-night long. You will never even have to worry about standing up to get one, someone will gladly fill your glass (more on that later!). I have to make a very special chapter about food: being a foodie as I am, this is a crucial part of the experience for me (and should be for everyone). Not only you have 5 restaurants to choose from, but all are a-la-carte options (excluding lunch, with is buffet at LeBlanc International). The quality, selection and service in all restaurants is amazing. I have my own personal favorites not just because of taste, but because of service (again, more on that later, bear with me!). You can never go wrong when dinning at Blancitalia. Have some pasta, a cut of meat, or whatever you fancy, for a wonderful tasty experience. Go Asian inspired at Blancasia, where you won’t only be delighted by the food, but by the décor and ambiance of the restaurant itself. The lamps and general decoration is fantastic, with not that much left to be desired from street grade full service restaurants anywhere in the world. Have your snack from Blancstage directly at the beach, where you will redefine your notions of “beach finger eating”, with high quality freshly prepared dishes right in the middle of the Caribbean. For a fancy more upscale dinner, just make a reservation at Lumiere, the French inspired offering from LeBlanc. I must confess, I am not particularly a fan of this option, I think is a bit too much a gamble that’s too difficult to properly execute in this beach-relaxed environment (plus who really wants to go French'!). And now, leaving the best for last: service. I mentioned before you are bombarded with options that are all looking similar. Then I’d recommend to make SERVICE your top priority when visiting Cancun. LeBlanc does that wonderfully. From the moment you set foot at the (huge) reception, you are welcomed every step of the way. Offered a fresh scented and cool towel as you walk in to the check-in desk. Welcome drinks aside, the staff from the reception does it job quickly and promptly before handling you to your… butler. Yes, you read it right. LeBlanc has a permanent one-per-floor butler at your entire disposal the whole time. You can ask them for directions, ideas, guidance around (as per normal Concierge service), but also prepare your in-room Jacuzzi with some aromatherapy scent, or put some scent in your room and… mostly, anything you imagine. Same applies to every part of the hotel, the service at the beach is attentive, cordial, always with a smile, pampers you with drinks, ice, cold water, your beach umbrella. Every step you give inside LeBlanc is full of smiles, salutations, prompt service and most importantly: makes you feel home and welcomed. Isn’t that something really special'! Being a foodie, the restaurant service is AMAZING. The menus are very well selected and executed, the new head chef is doing a wonderful job making some exciting changes and bringing some healthy options also available with better ingredients and local produce. During this second stay I decided to actually TALK to the guys that were giving me this kind of warm and caring service. I found out a very simple recipe for LeBlanc service success: they simply LOVE what they do. Take the time to do the same, you will not only learn a lot, but deeply understand the inner workings of the place (which is a Palace Resorts policy, by the way). For sure there are hiccups and mistakes, but I encourage all of you to just let them know they did. Giving feedback is so important to them and they will show it to you by bouncing back, learning and making it up to you. I happen to do that a lot and the results were amazing. That is because they really LOVE what they do and they want to do it better. Just don’t leave with a bad experience without giving the chance to make it better. And when you do that, the response really set LeBlanc apart. That’s, as I see it, the number one reason this is #1: it is run by a group of people that want to excel at what they do, and let you go back home only thinking about coming back. And they succeed. During my stay there were a lot of people I would like to thank, General Manager Janai Valdez, who is always available, you will find him walking the hallways looking for perfection. Resident Manager Fernando Rojas, is a great guy that just by talking to him, you will realize what I mean by “this people love what they do”. It is not common (trust me) for you to have the opportunity of meeting that often with managers at big resorts like this and, even less common, be able to share your comments and mishaps directly and immediately having it fixed. Head Chef Eugenio is taking the reins recently at the kitchen, as he told me directly, and you can instantly tell how talented and passionate he is. The menu changes he is introducing are wonderful and welcomed. Sous chef Rene, from Blancitalia. This guy is AWESOME. He goes around the tables meeting his guests and taking feedback. Very talented very passionate too. I mentioned to him I like polenta (which I REALLY do) and you know what' He made me a special dinner next day featuring just that. It was AMAZING. That IS 5-star service. Just don’t let him know I told you :-) He makes the most amazing dishes in all of the LeBlanc restaurants without a doubt. Chef Aquilino handles the breakfast and lunch at Blancinternational. He is candid, welcoming and always featuring the best of smiles and surprising you with something special. Very modest very kind. Venessa, from the Blancinternational reception is always awaiting you with a smile for breakfast, before kindly taking you to your table. Beach service from Abiel was perfect, always worried about you having the right amount of drinks available, ice, shade or whatever you would need during your beach time. Bar manager Jose Luis also does a wonderful job with his team. Antonio and Enrique, our butlers made all of our desires and needs a reality easy as a breeze, always available and ready to give service to our rooms with the aromatherapy scents or Jacuzzi preparing, dinner reservations or whatever we fancy. Tomas Leal should also be mentioned as he manages all the concierge staff, his hand is well recognized as he is looking into every detail all the time. The list goes on and on, and that’s the whole point of this review: that you are up to an EXPERIENCE you never thought possible, meeting the best people in the industry, motivated and tied working together as a wonderful caring team that will make your stay unforgettable the whole time. Do as I did, talk to the people, enjoy the perks, know what you can get from your stay at LeBlanc, get amazed by the best service and the people that makes it possible. Once you get to understand all this, live it, experience this, you will completely agree LeBlanc is by far the #1 for a well-done job into making your visit to Cancun the best experience of your life, just making you want to come back to it’s beauty, service, pristine beaches each and every year. "Top notch service"
Beautiful hotel with amazing service and food. From the butler to the servers on the beach, their attention to detail is amazing. Only downside, this hotel is a bit on the stuffy side, but if you just want to relax, it doesnt get any better than this in my opinion.
