"Excellent Vacation since 20 Years"
We will like to thank all the Staff for the great customer service, specially Mr. Chandra Kant assisted Manger for his Understanding of our Problem. We asked him for a late check out and he approved without any complications, that was Understanding Customer Service from his part. He was also very helpful in other related issues. My wife and I had a wonderful holidays in LE MERIDIAN ABU DHABI we feel like home all the time. Again, Thank you very much to everyone for your Excellent Service.
"The Only Hotel In Abu Dhabi worth staying at"
Second visit to this hotel, first time for vacation. The place is clean with good facilities but most of all fantastic staff who ultimately make time spent in the hotel a great experience. Myself and 8yr old son stayed and were well looked after by everyone especially the lovely Sara Silva on reception. This being my second trip to this hotel I was happy when I was welcomed back by the best bar staff team you could ever wish for at the Wakataua beach bar and Talay restaurant, the guys are great, nothing is too much to ask for and the friendly, professional service is something that should be the benchmark for all hoteliers. Billy, Jomel, Maricel, Pavan, Manuel, Renato, Anabel, Reddy and Melvin THANK YOU! Can't wait to go back.
"Very nice location and a charming place"
A traditional hotel in Abu Dhabi still has very many interesting attributes: a private beach, a beauriful view, very close to a large shopping mall and fairly close to a newest The Galleria mall. All In all a very good option
We have travelled many times to Abu Dhabi over the last 15 years and have always stayed in the Le Meridien. It is home from home and what makes it for me is the staff. Yes there are minor issues as there are with all hotels however it's how you deal with these problems which stands out for me. Nothing is too much trouble my daughter was 18 whist we were there and Annable organised a breakfast party which was excellent, I'm sure they didn't need this in an already very busy period but they couldn't have been more happier to help. Eddie Arceoalos in breakfast is a fantastic waiter and always has been , he can't be more helpful and will always go the extra mile to get you something that is not out on the buffet , he has been looking after me and the family like this for years. Maher Halout in the Captain Arms is brilliant, I have watched his Customer skills over many years and again he will fix things that are not just right without fuss and extremely quickly. The food in the Captains Arms is excellent and the staff superb Rose , James and Glaire service is excellent , the NRG managed by Mustafa is also excellent to watch sport but also the food is great , Moshire and Ganesh attended to our every needs. The front desk staf and Conceige also can't do enough for you . Fadi Assaf the guest service Director is one of the nicest guys you could meet and again will fix anything that is wrong. We are love this hotel and it's staff most of all , I apologise to any member of staff I've not mentioned but they all should be extremely proud of the best customer service you could wish for. Can't wait to return
"Best gateway ever"
Our easter gateway really exceeded our expectations and it is unforgettable. The weather was very nice with sun shine all day and sea water was refreshing The hotel cater for all ages with a great vibes Room was nice.fronk desk jenny or jenis was very welcomming. Food served on pool and beach was 😋. Highly recommended for gateways seekers who want something cozy at affordable cost. We had a great time as a family and felt very well looked after.
