Fairly high floor as you can see from the photos and pretty nice city view. Cheapest room available and as you can see, it's very small which is surprising...I've seen bigger rooms in Hong Kong and Singapore where land is less plentiful. Room only recently refurbished so it was very modern and clean. Dining options are very limited however and not much of an atmosphere of vibe about the place. Extremely close to the airport rail station so very convenient in that regard.
Ok, so this was a brief 1 night visit. But the service was quick, polite and efficient, the room large and clean, and breakfast good. Wifi a bit slow and shower could do with a bit more pressure, but that's quibbling a bit. A good business hotel, excellent location at sentral station and what looks like a lovely pool outside
We didn't stay at this hotel but we have been to the dinner buffet many times and it has been wonderful. The hotel lobby seems very dark as they are giving off a sort of "bar" vibe. The buffet was international meaning it had Malay dishes as well as western, Indian, Chinese and Japanese. The dessert bar has two types of chocolate fountain along with many fruits, a professional who makes French crêpes, frozen yogurt machine and local Malaysian desserts. Overall it is a excellent place to go to for a fancier dinner.

Afriendlyhotel where the staff were very helpful. Good room and a huge choice of food. The gym was excellent and a lovely pool to relax beside. Conveniently situated next to the station making access from airport and to the rest of the city easy.
"Excellent Club Lounge Services"
Have been staying in Le Meridien KL on several occasions. I must say that the Club Lounge service is one of the best service hotel i stayed. In fact the service here is SO MUCH BETTER than Singapore Sheraton Tower which i have stayed for 50 nights this year. (whereas I only clocked about 15 nights with Le Meridien KL so far) I think this is due to several reasons: 1. Staff with right attitude. They are always around the corner whenever you need any assistance and they are always SMILING and almost everyone remembers the regular guests name. Most importantly they make you feel you are welcome and you are important to them. 2. Very capable and professional lounge manager. Charlotte Lim, the lounge manager, provides the leadership and lead by example in delivering attentive and caring service. She is flexible and will find ways to help guests to improve their experience. 3. The able team supervisors and members such as: Vina, Yati, Dhalyna, Anne, Ajad, Sohban and Ramli are all working and serving guests with a sense of pride. You can tell that they are really enjoying serving guests and will at times extend beyond their duty of call to help guest. They do not bound by their job function and serve as a one stop service center to help guest and will not said "sorry this is not job, please contact XXXX" (I seriously don't get this feeling with Singapore Sheraton Tower). 4. One example. During a checkout of one previous stay. I told one of the Lounge junior staff (not manager and supervisors) that I disliked the view of that particular room and prefer the other side. Since then, they always make sure I got the room with the view I preferred (or rather same room). Comparing this with Singapore Sheraton Tower, I have indicated my preferences to many of the staff there (including duty managers), but it was never "remembered" and I have to call the Guest Service every time I checked in to fix my preferences. This problem was only solved until I brought to the attention of FOM. Even then, my preferences (such as extra towels, newspaper, form pillow, fruits etc) were only correct 70% of the time. I hardly write review about good service because I felt that good service is expected. Hence this review speaks volume how I feel about Le Meridien KL club lounge service
