Really kind hotel staff, checked us in quickly and efficiently. Huge room, with a lovely balcony. Whole hotel was kept lovely and clean. One of my personal favorites touches was the touch screens you use to order the lift to you, and which floor you wish to go to, it then tells you which lift to use, you jump in and it takes you! Massive baths also, and powerful shower. Bed must have been king size! 100% would stay here again!
"Beautiful Views over Malta"
Recently stayed over a weekend in February and had the most fantastic weather. Stayed in a room overlooking the coast which is definitely worth paying for, the views are beautiful and some come with a little balcony. A very old and Mediterranean feel to the place with lots of cafes and bars close by the hotel. I did a day trip to Valletta by bus which was very easy to get to and explore the local area. Food and drink is relatively cheap around the town and they serve lots of fresh fish and Mediterranean food. The hotel is brilliantly located with good sized rooms and good breakfast. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit to Malta!

Escaping the Lancashire early spring we paid our first visit to the island of Malta. We selected Balluta Bay, St Julian's for its location and Le Meridien by choice. The hotel is large and has excellent facilities. It has public transport immediately by the hotel, abundant restaurants of a wide price range directly by the hotel. The staff were super efficient, housekeeping, front desk and concierge, every one welcomed you when you passed with smiles galore Our sea view room looked out over Balluta Bay and the local church. The bed was huge and comfy, a mini bar, tea and coffee facilities bathrobes and slippers, bathroom with a corner bath and shower plus a separate walk in rain shower. Toilet in a quirky shaped room of its own. Large TV, desk and easy chair, a balcony large enough for a dinner party of at least ten guests had a small table and two chairs. Good lighting for reading at night [so often neglected in many places]. Occupancy was low and the weather variable so the upper open-air pool was not in use. The Spa had a super in-door pool [4.2 foot deep] for swimming. With steam room, sauna and jacuzzi. For those inclined a fully equipped gym was also on hand. We stayed B&B - the breakfast was overwhelming in choice, however only one restaurant was open - the Taro. We ate here twice for evening meal and it was well priced, attentive staff, short menu providing well prepared and presented food. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the island and the hotel is to be recommended
The rooms are spacious and cozy and beds are very comfy. The view from our balcony was stunning The staff are super friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable staying in this resort. It is located on a beautiful bay, and is close to St. Julian's center. The resort has amazing facilities, bars, restaurants, chauffeurs, tour booking services etc. The only downside was charge for wi-fi when most hotels even budget hotels now not charging.
