"The Best of the Best"
I give the hotel 5 stars and my experience as a whole 6 stars. This is a little gem reminiscent of days gone by....20th century customer service (when people actually knew what customer service was all about). Comfort in the rooms with a good amount of space. Well trained and efficient check in staff. Excellent food and breakfast . It has been awhile since I have noticed an actual honey comb for your breakfast honey. The concierge was outstanding in arranging a trip to a small village. The bar was excellent with a vast selection. I also had a wonderful conversation with a fellow guest and his wife in the bar. There are many places to stay and many places to visit but this is a place I would return to...the inside of the hotel is such a pleasant surprise and not reflective of the brick structure outside. The management of this hotel and it's staff deserve immediate recognition. My stay was with points and this was the absolute best point stay I have had ( the point category is way too low for the establishment.).
My Family of six stayed here for one night and the service was amazing! Everyone was helpful right from the start. The Guest relations manager "Verena Kirchenbauer" came out and greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed! We stayed in a Jr. Suite and the room was extremely clean. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Stayed at Le Meridien for 2 nights. We arrived in a rental car which needed to be returned by 1pm. Upon realising that the drop off location closed at 12pm, Gotz was very helpful and advised us to drive to Central Station and return it to the office there. He contacted the office so when we arrived they were aware of our situation and made the return seamless. Gotz also provided us with with information on Stuttgart, places to visit and transport options for visiting Porsche Museum. It's always nice to be greeted by a concierge wearing the golden keys. We were checked in by Marco (Front Office Manager), who was very professional and friendly. We were upgraded to a deluxe room and had complimentary breakfast included for the duration of our stay. Great service provided from both the Concierge and Front Desk team. The room was modern and very comfortable. It was great to have USB ports in the room especially when travelling as you have a few devices to charge. The bathroom products are nice with peppermint shampoo and sage body wash. Bar Lillet - we had dinner and drinks here on one night. The service was friendly and the drinks and food arrived timely. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. Reasonably priced. Breakfast - a great range for all foodies. Don't be discouraged by the exterior and the construction across the road. The rooms and facilities are great and our room faced the road however we weren't inconvenienced at all by the construction works. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Stuttgart.
Excellent one night stay during which we could enjoy nice spa amenities, a stylish and comfortable room, GREAT service and a FABULOUS breakfast. One of the best hotels I have been to in Germany and a real ally for the business traveller in Stuttgart. Decent value too. Top notch.
Excellent hotel from the minute walking in to leaving. Front desk was superb. Don't be fooled by the age of the building. Inside is all modern. Love the lighting and toiletries. The peppermint shampoo is a winner. I am a Gold Elite member so I get extras including upgrade and complimentary extras. But I am sure the quality of the service and food extends to all guests. Note. If you are coming to Stuttgart from the train, there is a new station being built which makes the walk from HBF to the hotel a maze. I suggest get a cab.
