We went to Marrakech on honeymoon after our wedding in Italy and what a beautiful oasis in the old town this hotel was. As soon as you step through the door, the staff are wonderful, courteous, knowledgable and always smiling, they are a credit to the hotel. Our room was a solarium room with it's own sun terrace area and the biggest bed I have ever slept in!! We happened to have our marriage certificate with us as we just got married in Italy and the hotel gave us a free dinner and hammam!!! The restaurant food was gorgeous to say the least and the breakfasts were amazing. The cleaners were wonderful and there were scented rose petals everyday and little pastries left in the room every evening. At the pool after breakfast, cold towels and little fruit sticks were passed around the guests and you always felt you were somewhere a little bit special. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, you won't be disappointed!

Had an excellent stay. Fantastic hotel. Very beautiful. The housekeeping team made a lot of noise (laughing and chatting) while servicing adjacent rooms. Food not great for vegetarians. No other problems. All staff were so friendly and polite.

Stunning boutique hotel that was an old Princes palace and has been sympathetically restored. The rooms are large and very comfortable and the gardens are a beautiful haven away from the madness of the medina. Highly recommend anybody looking for comfort, luxury and somewhere out of the ordinary to stay here.

Friendly and helpful staff, room warm and comfortable, bathroom could use an update. Location in Kasbah area and central garden provided a peaceful environment. We would go back to this hotel.
