From the moment we stepped into the entrance to the time we left the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the theme really set the hotel off. The food was good with plenty of it, a little more variation for the kids would have been nice but they always found something to eat. An added bonus was the cost of the food, I expected to pay a lot more than we did! Breakfast was good too. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Disneyland and is quite regular so we never waited very long. Overall a fantastic break and we have already rebooked to go back next year
"Lovely big rooms, friendly staff, breakfast scrum!"
As above really! The rooms are spacious and amazing for families - wish I'd gone with younger kids really. The staff are friendly and helpful and the food and drink is about what you expect from a Paris/Disney hotel. Only complaint really was breakfast which is a complete scrum with food all over the place, screaming kids running wild and piling their plates with chocolate muffins etc. Quality of food is OK. Shuttle bus fairly frequent.
"Good Hotel, but expensive food & beverage "
Great hotel for families, rooms are laid out really well, but they are tired and need painting. Drinks and food is just stupid ! More expensive then a Disney hotel which we did also. 2 beers, 2 glasses of wine (125ml), 2 cokes -£57. I think that's crazy. The bad thing is they were short staffed on reception, took an hour to check in
"The Magic is back."
Last March I wrote the review “Tragic Circus”. After a good follow up of the management we decided to give the hotel a second chance last weekend. And we are happy to see that our review has been taken serious and a lot has improved since our last stay. Especially the breakfast has improved much. The fresh-crepes have been set aside, but in fact that turns out to be a good step. The overall impression of the breakfast area now is much more relaxed. And if I’m not mistaken the time for breakfast has been extended with an hour, in order to spread out the crowds. That’s very clever. We enjoyed the fresh baked baquettes (they were still warm!). We had a very nice room in the Circus-theme. The theme is applied consequently, even in the bathroom for example with a “circus curtain” at the shower area. For children especially the bunkbed with a curtain around it and an own tv in this area is a very nice touch. We ourselves liked the details like the curtains that close over each other, so that the room is really dark and the glass curtains that are hung on the windows itselves so that you can open the window without ruining the curtains. Also a nice detail: a little nightlight in the baseboard at the bathroom-entrance. Another nice detail that my girlfriend loves: the l’Occitane products in the bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back. Thumbs up!
"Not quite 4 star..."
Me and my partner decided it wasn't quite a 4 star hotel since the decor needed a lot of updating and all the furniture was damaged. Our mattress obviously did not fit the bed frame because on one side, the built in bedside table was actually on the mattress. It wasn't terrible but for the amount you pay and it being 4 star you would expect the furniture to be in a much better state the carpets to be clean. The breakfast was okay but the bacon was extremely fatty, the sausages although edible, looked undercooked and the scrambled egg was particularly runny and tasted almost chemically. There was a hospitality tray provided with tea and coffee however you were only provided with paper cups which got extremely hot. The "circus" theme in our room only consisted of a circus tent decal on the wardrobe and starry carpet.
