"Highlight Location and Service"
Fully remodel property, outstanding location at Prague old town. Very nice accommodation at the 6th floor, excellent service at the lounge friendly and well train staff. Spacious lobby, friendly clerks at from desk, concierge has very helpful for tips and restaurant reservations. Do not leave the hotel if you don't have a reservation in one of the restaurants in Prague. Rooms are clean and spacious.
"Prague with kids"
The location is excellent, just next to a lot of shops and restaurants and walking distance to many places including the railway station. We arranged an airport transfer and the driver was waiting for us at the entrance. The Mercedes VAN even had wifi. Check in was a hassle as our room wasn't ready yet, we were so tired they gave us access to the lounge where 4 of us literally fell asleep on our chairs. We were upgraded to an executive suite and had lounge access as platinum members. The suite was basically a larger room with a divided wall between the living room and bedroom areas. Nice addition was having a guest toilet in addition to the master bathroom. The view wasn't great as it overlooked the other building. WIFI was free and fast speed. The lounge was on the top floor on two levels and had an average breakfast and good items for evening snacks along with drinks the entire day. What makes this place stand out is the level of the staff and their politeness and readiness to serve. We would definitely come back.
"Great way to start the New Year!"
Our family of four stayed at the Prague Marriott Hotel for about a week during New Year's. I can't say enough good things about their staff and location. The hotel, as many have said before, is centrally located to many of Prague's many attractions and sights as well as shopping, dining, and public transportation. As it was freezing during our stay, we were greeted most afternoons with hot cider or warm treats like crepes made fresh in the hotel lobby. It was a great way to be welcomed back from being so cold. As Marriott Gold members, we were fortunate enough to have access to the Executive Lounge. The lounge provided an ample breakfast every morning, and a great place to enjoy a glass or wine/prosecco and hors d'oeuvres in the evening. The lounge staff was very accommodating and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this property. It is certainly one in which we will stay again during our next visit to Praha!
"Not really bad/Not really good (apart from the location)."
Great location on the same block as a supermarket and literally a three minute walk to the Municipal House Hall and the Powder Tower. Equally short distance to a big mall and multiple tram and metro stops. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, there was construction going on opposite our room which very unsightly to see. The room was fine but could have used a deep cleaning in shower - the drain was slow and I found some hair was blocking the flow. Of course, this made me wonder what else might not have been cleaned properly. The executive lounge lacked freshness and variety in its offerings. Thankfully they stocked good beer and had a great espresso machine - which unfortunately were the highlights. After staying at the Vienna and Budapest Marriotts the weeks prior, we were pretty disappointed by the lounge breakfast and just opted to have breakfast elsewhere - the first time ever for us and we are platinum status. Probably a good choice for folks who get a great deal on the price, but otherwise, I would look for a hotel room elsewhere.
"Excellent hotel and location "
Excellent hotel, service, business center, restaurant, gym, installations, a little bit old, but very well maintained Great location, 5 minutes walking to astronomical clock and plaza, another 5 minutes to St Charles bridge and 5 more to Praha Castle. Only one disadvantage, parking is not free I have being three times in Praha, and I won't change to another hotel
