"Great Centrally Located Hotel"
Recently stayed in the Prague Marriott Hotel for a 3 day vacation. The room and overall standard of the hotel did not disappoint. It was the usual high standard with an added benefit of being within 5-10 minutes walking distance of the Old Town, decked with Xmas Market stalls and an amazingly decorated Xmas Tree! Charles Bridge was about 20 minutes walking distance away although on a Saturday this was more like 35 minutes due to the vast crowd of tourists. Sunday was definitely a nicer walking experience across Charles Bridge to Prague Castle. You must try the Hot Red wine (like mulled wine), it was a real warmer-upper in minus 4 degrees Celsius !
We chose this specific hotel for a weekend getaway as Marriott can't disappoint... and again - the hotel was awesome. The location, the warm service and attitude of all staff, cleanliness, great breakfast. 5 star!
"A Happy Viking River Cruise Guest"
Our final stay on our Viking River Cruise trip was at this hotel located very near to the Old Town section of the city. We had dinner and breakfast at the Midtown Grill Restaurant located inside this hotel. The food was very good. This hotel has modern amenities. I just wish free wifi was available to all the rooms.
"Great hotel, excellent location"
Had a great stay for two nights whilst on a business trip. Service and room was as I have come to expect from a Marriott and did not disappoint. Staff were always polite and the room was a good size and very clean. The food was always well presented and cooked well and in plentiful supply.. The location could not be better and within 5 minutes we were in the heart of Prague. Would most definitely visit again.
Nothing can beat the location of this place. Right next to all the shops and restaurants and walking distance to many other places including the main railway station from where we took our train to Vienna. I had arranged an airport transfer and the driver was waiting for us at the entrance. The Mercedes car even had wifi. Check in was swift and as a Platinum Elite, I was upgraded to an executive suite and had lounge access. The suite was basically a larger room with a divided wall between the living room and bedroom areas. The best part was having a guest toilet kin addition to the master bathroom. The decoration was typical Marriott standards and nothing to rave. Sadly the view was only of the walls. Wifi was free and fast speed. The lounge was on the 7th floor on two levels and had an average breakfast and good items for evening snacks along with soft drinks the entire day. The only negative feature that I can point out was that there were all sorts of noises coming into the room - dont know whether it was plumbing issues or other things but it was extremely irritating and disturbing. What makes this place stand out is the level of the staff and their politeness and readiness to serve. I would definitely stay here anytime.
