May I point out two areas that could be improved 1 - On the first morning we were not told that we could have a continental breakfast in the main room and sat on rather uncomfortable seats near the bar. 2 - The plates for the hot meals were cold. We were given hot plates when we asked for them. On a more positive side the staff were excellent. They were all very attentive, pleasant and the service was excellent. The desk staff were knowledgeable on transport information in particular the use of buses One night I had roast ham and it was the best I had ever eaten - well done to the chefs.

Very enjoyable, Thomas who checked us in was most helpful. Surprised the TV sets were large and out of date would have expected a flat screen/dvd player, Otherwise the room was very comfortable

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super Lage (nur 20 min. Fussweg vom Oxford Street). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann es immer empfehlen.

Room very small compared to other times I have stayed here however adequate. Noticed that the hotel has made some changes including new furniture in the foyer and a champagne bar.

I loved the hotel. I did not eat there so could not comment on meals. The only thing I would say was a small issue was that the sound insulation needs seeing to.
