"Wonderful stay in the hustle and bustle of Wanchai"
This hotel was in the process of name re-branding when I stay in mid-November. One of the affordable priced hotels in Hong Kong island, the location of the hotel is spot on and right in the hustle and bustle of Wanchai. Only 5 mins walk away from the MTR station as well and within seconds to various restaurants and bars. The feel of the hotel is very boutique with sleek and chic decor. The room was very spacious with comfortable King-sized bed and amenities provided. I slept soundly every night with no outside sounds and the blackout curtain worked its magic. The staff were all very courteous and friendly. They helped me to flag down a cab when I left. They also offered to print my friend's boarding pass for free as well. Every room in the hotel was provided with a free travel smartphone that came with unlimited data usage and also unlimited local and international calls for 11 countries. I did not take this out as I already had data on my personal mobile phone. Free Wi-Fi connection in the room and the lobby was very fast as well. Overall, a great and comfortable stay with good value for money.
"The Hotel is clean inside and out."
The hotel is not high-quality, but neat and tidy, and the service was exceptional. too.The correspondence of the reception desk is good, too. I stayed for 1 days on account of the work, but I am very satisfied. Particularly, the bathroom is large and clean.
"Cozy Boutique Hotel in the Middle of Wanchai Happenings"
Location is right at the heart of the infamous Wanchai bars and clubs. You can never get hungry as many restaurants around the area. Convenience stores, money changers, pharmacies, banks and different shops are all around the corner. Check-in was not that fast. Bellmen were mediocre in service. Breakfast had very limited choices. Wifi connection was good. I was upgraded to executive room. Room size was spacious enough for Hong Kong. Lightings in the room were not so good according to my liking. Water pressure was good but the height of the tub in the shower area is too high and i find it difficult for senior citizens to to get up and down especially those who have knee and other bone/joint problems. I made an extension twice and the receptionist by the name of Iris and Hailey was very keen and determined to entertain my query. Housekeeping kept the room well cleaned. Price wise there are more other hotels on the same level that is more cheaper.
"Noisy inside and outside"
Not a 4 star hotel more like a ok 3 but good enough plenty of space for Hong Kong room was clean and staff friendly free wifi and free loaner cell phone Apple IMac in Lobby free to use My biggest complaint is loud noise from the building itself drain pipes are super loud when other rooms flush from above. I mean really loud . That not the hotels fault but a design issue But if you have trouble sleeping don't stay here The area of town the hotel is located is in let's say not a great place. Hookers and dance clubs are just 1/2 a block away Close to train and foood thought I would try a different location that Central this trip bad choice Central is much better area
"Good value for money"
Only stayed 2 nights but it was a conveniently located and well appointed hotel. The only real complaint is that the AC in the room was a little noisy and even though we were on the 18th floor could still hear some nearby construction in the mornings. Would consider staying there again.
