The Mirage Resort & Casino is located a mile away from Las Vegas Strip. The high roller is a stone's throw away and the Fountains of Bellagio are only 2 km away from the property.
Great location, great value. Somewhat surprised by the number of guests with very young children. Would stay here again.Comment of K. Marcy , United States the 2016-09-28
We traveled to Las Vegas in September to renew our wedding vows after 25 years of marriage and could not have selected a better venue to celebrate. We would stay here for sure on our next visit to Las Vegas.Comment of M. Stephen , Australia the 2016-07-20

Ich war schon 8mal in diesem Hotel, für mich die beste Wahl! Zentral am Strip gelegen, schöne Poollandschaft, im Gegensatz zu anderen Strip-Hotels sehr übersichtlich und dazu super Preis/Leistung!Comment of K. Thorben , Germany the 2014-07-19

"Fun Resort...but might have to buy new luggage"
This was our 6th or 7th weekend get away to Las Vegas. We had visited and done the Beatles show at the Mirage before so we knew the property was nice. The moment we walked in our room we were over taken by a musty/smoky stink. So we cracked a window, changed and went to gamble for an hour. Come back to get ready for dinner smell is a little better but now there are flies in the room so we close the window, and are gone for the night. Had dinner at the resort, had breakfast both days at Cravings (buffet/ brunch) and the café the next morning !! ALL the food we had WAS delicious. Spent Saturday at the pool, very fun, chill environment. Get there before 11 am if you want to grab a chair. Then we went out gambling/dinner/shows 2nd night. Got home clothes and suitcases still smell so stinky. We were physically only in the rooms 5-6 hrs to sleep I don’t think I could of done much longer.
I like this hotel so much! The casino is so big, I played black jack and I spent I very good time with the dealer and my friends, unfortunately I didnt go to the beatles show of Cirque Du Soleil, but Im pretty sure that it would be grate, the buffete is good, tasty and several kind of food.
The Mirage is our favorite Vegas hotel......high quality in all aspects......friendly staff and well managed, comfortable and clean rooms, great casino, great pool, great location on the strip...cant wait to go back and stay here again.
"Mirage still has it after all these years"
My son and I were in Las Vegas for a visit to UNLV to check out the school, and found a good deal including food and beverage credit at The Mirage during the time we would be in town. I hadn't stayed overnight there before, but have visited the casino and a couple of restaurants over the years. The check-in process was very smooth, and we were offered a volcano-view room. It helps to ask what views are available. Be sure to note that posted rates do not usually mention the $35 + tax resort fee, or $12 parking per night. Most hotel-casinos on The Strip now charge for parking. The dinner buffet was good, and you can't beat the location. It was an easy drive to UNLV from the hotel. I would stay there again if the price was right.
"Moderate Price, Luxury Feeling"
This was the 5th hotel I have stayed at in Vegas (for reference others before it being Excalibur, Treasure Island, Paris, and The Signature at MGM) and by far this was the best hotel experience I had. It checks off pretty much everything my family and I look for and want in a hotel. Being that we prefer the hotels on that end of the strip, it's in a prime location for us around all our favorite attractions, gaming, and dining locations. The room was so comfortable and was very spacious. The beds like sleeping on a cloud. My mother is STILL talking about the pillows. And the price of course was a major plus. For what we got, the price was better then perfect. We had a Volcano View room (see the pictures below for the view from the room) that we never actually used to view the Volcano. Oops. We just had to much plans on our plate to be in the room at 8 or 9, the only two "showings" at the time of our trip. Still the price was VERY good, even if we didn't use the view. The gaming floor is VERY diverse with a wide range of machines. Noticed that about most of the M-Life hotel gaming floors. A little of this a little of that and a lot of machines I found myself interested in playing. No food court but lots of causal sit down dining. And it's close enough to the Fashion Show Mall to walk for a quick lunch or something different for dinner. We loved the Secret Garden attraction on site. A little piece of the great Siegfried and Roy left behind at the place that was once their home. What we expected to be only an hour, 90 minutes at the most, turned into a 3 hour relaxing afternoon sitting and watching the dolphins race one another and the white tigers playing around. Next time we are looking into the VIP tour and painting with the Dolphins for SURE. And their WILL be a next time. We are already making plans for our next trip and we have EVERY intention of booking the Mirage again for the next trip and many more trips after. There are only TWO things of note that I did NOT like and neither is enough to knock a star off the rating here. Still it's things I feel someone considering the place SHOULD know. First, the tub. One of my mother's musts in a hotel room is a tub as her feet often swell after long days of walking and she needs to soak them. The tub in our room had a no slip coating. Usually a good thing except that it was like standing and sitting on coarse sand paper. VERY rough. If you are planning on taking a bath at all on your trip or you are are going with small children that still take baths, consider bring a cheap bath mat with you to protect their little behinds and yours. Second, the tram service that runs between Mirage and Treasure Island. It's a GREAT perk... when it's working. Which is only about HALF the time. If it's so run down, maybe the two hotels should take the time to give it a well needed refurbishment. The rest of this is really more of a bad thing on TREASURE ISLAND'S part but Mirage should work a little bit better with them when it comes to informing guests when the tram is out of commission. Mirage has a clearly marked sign at the station but that's right outside the lobby door. The station at TI is buried DEEP in the BACK of the hotel. Nothing was WORSE then walk back to the hotel from the CVS, the Wynn, the Mall, or TI and heading for the Tram to get back a bit faster. Get off your feet a few minutes. Relax. You walk alllllll the way thru the hotel and alllll the way to the entrance door and only THEN is there a sign that says the tram is closed. A waste of your time and energy as you now need to go allllll the way back out to the street to get back to the hotel. Even just a sign at the bottom of the escalator near the Mystere theatre to save you a wasted trip up and back down the stairs would be NICE. Considerate even. You would think that the two hotels would work a bit better TOGETHER to accommodate their shared guests and keep them happy.
