"11 nights in Madina at Anwar Al Madinah Movenpik"
If using booking.com, please ensure you select a room with a view of the city or the mosque. Location was convenient, steps away from the mosque courtyard. Room was dark and small. The in room safe did not work and had to be fixed. Water was either too hot or cold in the bathroom/shower. But housekeeping was excellent and we were there for 11 nights to pray and be close to the Prophet's mosque, so we managed.
"Very well looked after"
Great location. Top notch breakfast. We were upgraded without any effort. Ladies entrance for roza Rasul is slightly far. Beds are comfortable with decent size washroom. Taxi are easily available from outside. Been here twice haven't tried any other hotel so really can't compare.
"Very close to Haram "
Location was fantastic. Rooms were spacious although whether you're a party of 1 or 4 you'll get a room with 4 beds. Breakfast was good and they accommodate people early right after morning prayers. Keep in mind that it is not what you'd expect in all 5 star hotels. The Amneties and services are very limited. You'll actually have to ask for some basics such as enough shampoo and body wash, toilet paper, etc. But after spending 5 days in Saudi I quickly discovered that this is unified across most hotels. There is a restaurant in the ground floor by the name of medyaf that belongs to the hotel. My advise is to find another place adjacent that is a lot more affordable and with better food quality.
"Good hotel so near the Haram"
The hotel is just next to gate 15 (north) of the Haram. Within the same building is a small shopping mall. There is an amazing range of items on the buffet breakfast menu to suit most palates. Although the rooms are rather small, they are well provisioned with all essentials and utilities. Check-in wasn't the most efficient but the overall experience was satisfactory.
"Dont stay at the medina tower not worth it"
Hello everyone The medina tower rooms of this hotel is worst then a motel room in the US. Its dirty and very tiny. I was there for three nights. They didnt even provide me fresh towels. I call the reception and ask he apalogized and told me, he will take care of it. Nothing happend. I went to use the bath room, the bathroom was not only dirty but there were only two towels for two people. Getting in to the lobby is confusing, the goal is to stay there so you can be close to haram but its all the way by gate 15. Females has to walk all the way to gate 25 for prayer and to see Roza of our Prophet. See below pictures that will show you how dirty the bathroom was when i was staying there.
