"Honeymoon of my dreams"
Where do I begin' not sure since all I want to say about this GEM is that everything about it is 5 star VIP experience. They really go out of their way to make you feel special. I'm so happy my husband chose this hotel in Mykonos for our honeymoon. Beautiful views and awesome location! Will return for sure.
"Beautiful hotel "
This hotel is close to the city of Mykonos and offer a nice retreat ! Beautiful white rooms with balconies , coffee machine in the rooms as well as nice amenities . Too cold to try the pool and outside places !
"Honeymoon from heaven"
This place is unreal. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a refreshing drink and brought to your beautiful room with outstanding views. The service was great. The food was awesome and had gluten free options I had never seen before (e.g. Croissants). The staff is so helpful and kind. This is a 5 star hotel all the way. A must stay. A++
"Exceptional service and hotel"
The hotel kindly sent a coach to pick us up from the airport. Upon arrival, we were served welcome drinks. Then one of the staff took us on a tour around the property. If I'm not mistaken, we were upgraded. The room and view were stunning with a balcony and a lovely view of the beach. The location was perfect and within walking distance to the beach. Mykonos town centre is about 10 minutes drive. Breakfast was an absolute delight with a large array of eggs, fresh juices and pastry. We didn't have other meals at the hotel restaurant but we were told there's a Michelin starred chef. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check out late at 4pm and offered a lift to the airport. We would stay here if we visited Mykonos again!
Wow - there aren't enough wonderful words in existence to describe this place! Pros: - The Staff!!! This hotel is all about great service and the staff was just incredible. They are always pleasant and eager to help. Virginia at the front desk was a great help in setting up a day trip to Delos, plus she gave us lots of historical information before we went. She also let us know about an end of season party that was tons of fun and a great experience. Constantina at that pool and Mike at reception were other great standouts. The whole staff also pampered me a lot because I was pregnant (but maybe they do that for everyone because they're awesome). They wouldn't let me do anything! And when our ferry to Santorini got cancelled due to winds, the front desk got us another room AND upgraded us to a suite with a hot tub on the balcony because I was very fatigued from standing at the docks for almost 5 hours. We were able to adjust the hot tub temp ourselves so baby and I could relax at the perfect temperature with views of the ocean. My husband and I were so in love with the staff we invited them all to San Diego to visit us!! - The breakfast! It seems every hotel in Greece includes breakfast, but this one put them all to shame. Everything was super fresh and tasty. Local honey, eggs made to order, croissants, meats, champagne, pastries, smoked salmon, fresh juice and smoothies... seriously better than $100 brunch in the states. All with a view of the sea. Love. - Location. Right next to an excellent beach and a short car ride to other excellent beaches. The hotel has a deal with the beach club so the beach chair rentals are free and the drinks/food on the beach are good and reasonably priced. The restaurants along the beach are excellent. It was the end of the season so the menus were limited, but everything we ate was absolutely delicious. If you want/need to go into Mykonos town, the hotel has a very nice van that will take you to town for 15 euros (and a taxi back is 10 euros). I should also mention that the van driver was amazing. He always gave us great info about the island and when we were trapped at the port after our cancelled ferry, he helped us figure out how to change our tickets and helped us with the bags, etc, at no charge. Cons: (and these are not really that bad) - Pool not heated. I'm sure in summer it gets warmer from the sun, but it was October and only about 72 degrees outside so getting into water that was probably about 65 degrees was not pleasant. We went in once the whole stay. We found this to be very common around Greece (we stayed at about 5 different hotels) and it's a bit of a bummer. - No hot tub. Again, hot tub/jacuzzis don't seem to be common in Greece but it would've been nice to be able to use one in the evenings when it was a bit chilly out. They have hot tubs in the suites but not one for all the guests. - Tiny showers in the room. We got a sea view room and it just had a cylindrical shower in the middle of the room (a bit like a phone booth). It was tight. The suite had a huge bathroom so if you can afford it, the suite was worth it!! Overall, this was the best hotel we stayed in our whole trip. We love the hotel, love the staff, love love love. We will tell all our friends and family to stay here and we wouldn't even consider another hotel if we come back to Mykonos. We miss this place already!! Xoxo xoxo.
