"Unresolved issue with billing"
I was happy staying at this hotel until a month after I stayed I had a £50 charge taken from my credit card. After several emails to the hotel I got no reply. There was no reason for this charge. I had booked and paid through booking.com and not with the hotel. I had settled our bill on leaving. I will make every effort to tell everyone I know about the bad service at this hotel. They made no effort to reply to my email after sending emails to the front desk and concierge concerned about the unauthorised charge from my credit card account. I would advise you not to stay here.
William Walker is so quick to take care of any guest's need! He is the best!!! We needed more blankets and he showed up in under two minutes! He was so happy to help and a pleasure to talk to! Thank you William!
"Thin walls and thick prices"
Stayed just one night, room clean and beds OK, minibar had beer, wine, snacks and sextoys . . . Probably used by a couple who seemed to be in the room but probably were a couple of rooms off. You could hear everything and more than that from every room around. Obviously common complaint. Parking is a rip off and all extra fees makes this a very very expensive place to stay
"Birthday with family - super great!"
Stayed at this hotel for four nights (5-9 april). Very good location (restaurants and beach), perfect pool area, beach chairs on the beach. Good clean rooms that matched my expectations. I celebrated my birthday here and it became perfect. Very well received by reception and also want to give an extra praise to the pool girls Melanie, Keisha and Gissell - Highest rating! Also thanks to Allison (pool bar) and Bryan (food) - You are professionals! We definitely want to come back. / Dennis from Sweden
"Great hotel until you have an issue with billing!!"
We stayed at the Nautilus for 4 great nights.We loved the hotel and the service was superb.The beach area,the front desk staff,porters and the hotel cleaning staff were great...UNTIL we got a charge for a breakfast that we didn't order or eat...Now what happened is I specifically stated this charge of 44.88$ usd at check out and it was fixed with another bill..until the charge appeared again 2 days later...I have called the manager who mentioned that it was there error and it would go to the accouting department on Monday..we are Thursday and I have called the accounting department twice with absolutely nothing in return but a "leave a message and we'll call you back".I'll give this a couple of more days and see if they actually rectify the charge or i'm going to have to go thru my cc..This should have been a 5* rating but customer care does not end at check out if an outstanding issue is pending. 4 calls is too much to fix a wrongfully charged account.I've left 2 messages to accounting if a manager cares to make things right and pin point who I am.We stayed 4 nights from april 9th-13th in room 424....Thanks!!
