"Good Hotel in Mexico City"
The Good: Staff - excellent Cleanliness - very good Location - Fantastic The Bad: We stayed in the older part of the hotel. The Room was upgraded and modernized. We did switch rooms because our first room #502 had a connecting door to #503 which was not very soundproof - you could not only hear the TV, but conversations, the cell phone ringing among other things. The Bathroom was glassed in as in the hotel pictures but the toilet stall door wouldn't close. Don't know if this was normal for adjoining rooms or whether #502 was the exception. It is a great place to stay especially for those new to Mexico City. Many restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Other than our first room, which had a few problems, we enjoyed the hotel and would go back.
"Excellent location, comfortable rooms, and great service!"
Great 4 day stay in the NH. Perfect location for exploring Reforma, Zocalo, and other interests like the museum of anthropology and Frida Kahlo house. Beds are very comfy, and rain showers are a great way to recover from the walking. Pool is nice, but it doesn't get a lot of sun. It's heated though, and fairly quiet. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. Lots of choice including omelettes. Smoothie bar too! Eric at concierge will take good care of you. Jesus was so helpful in planning our tour to the Pyramides. And Juan was the best waiter at breakfast! We would absolutely recommend this hotel.
Hotel looked new, staff are polite and ready to assist, however, it seems that they some of the front desk staff have limited English skills. Rooms are quite and I slept well during my stay. I told them that I will be working while I am on this trip so I requested a room with good internet connection but the internet is slow. So I moved to another hotel (RoomMate Valentina) and the internet there is fast. All in all, my stay at this hotel is good. I could have rated them five stars but since the internet and the staff have limited English skills, a four star rating is appropriate.
The hotel is in a very nice location with shopping food and nightlife very close by most things are in walking distance from the hotel.staff is very friendly and will recommend really good places to get food from. And you can book tours right next door to the hotel
"Good location, close to the CBD"
We had a good experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, convenient and spacious. The only peeve was the tea/ coffee sachets in the room weren't replaced ever! Considering we stayed there for 6 days, it got a bit tedious asking for replacements every day. Very basic service but they seemed incapable of managing it.
