"Great views from good & convenient hotel"
We didn't knew that arriving in Valencia at 26th of February was the start of Las Fallas period, starting off with la Crida. Very good hotel, nicely located at Turia riverbed. Walking distance from the old town. Good rooms and great breakfast. Rooftop view and bar was great. Small pool a plus. Kind service. Great price, great value!
"Good location, awesome breakfast spread"
We had three nights here and our 7th floor room was lovely and quiet, spacious, and comfortable. No in room coffee/tea facilities was my only disappointment. The breakfast spread was fabulous, from make your own mix smoothies and omelette stations to a kiddies corner to keep the youngsters amused. We would stay here again.
Although the hotel looks a little austere from the outside, inside it is very modern and comfortable. The hotel is not close to any tourist spots but the location is OK - it is a 15 minute walk into the old town, a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station, and a 10-15 minute taxi ride to the airport (15-20 euros). It is adjacent to the linear park which has good footpath and cycle routes to the coast and to the "city of science and technology" (there are other nh hotels in Valencia if you want to be closer to these). There are plenty of places to hire bikes in Valencia, including one only a couple of hundred metres from the hotel. The breakfast at the hotel is a good standard with plenty of choice, and we had one evening meal at the hotel which was delicious (latter was 23 euros for the 3 course fixed price menu including a glass of wine and coffee). There is a roof terrace with a small gym and a heated swimming pool (latter had a retractable cover in place which made it OK to use in early March when we stayed). Wi-fi reception is good throughout the hotel. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a good place to stay in Valencia.
"Great quality, amenities and location "
This is a very good hotel for tourists. Clean, big rooms, friendly staff and a good location. The fitness room on the top floor even has a rowing machine. The pool too is a great option. The location is quite close to the old town, and the Turia metro stop. The staff are very helpful and have good enough English. The only flaw is the expensive fixed price breakfast options, €16 or €18 depending on booking time. Pan & Company is a more affordable option nearby in the Turia Nuevo shopping Center. Coffee and croissant €1.80 for example. Other than this, the hotel is excellent in all respects.
Spent three nights at the NH and overall it was very good. The room was pleasant and comfortable and were lucky in not having another room either side of us. Breakfast buffet was very good, not a huge variety but more than enough and what there was was very tasty. The rooftop pool is a real plus. It's not the biggest but, aside from a couple of times, we had the pool to ourselves and it's just the thing to wind down after a day on your feet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If I came back to Valencia I'd have no problem staying here again
