Ich buche das nächste Mal wieder im nhow. Es ist ideal für meine Bedürfnisse gelegen. Das Zimmer ist gross, ruhig. Ich habe keine Beanstandungen.Comment of G. Franziska , Switzerland the 2015-08-19
"Hip and trendy but not to perfection"
Reminds me of the W, just that the whole place is pink and not black. Some fun and special features, like the music elevators or the guitar room service. However, if that makes a stay better I'm not sure. Some staff at the reception could be more professional and less cool. Great location, great view.
"Trendy hotel with great design"
Loved the interior design and the vibe of this hotel. Friendly staff, great bar, comfortable beds. Had the best sleep in a while. Good location by the river, but a bit far from the u- and s-Bahn. Will definitely stay here again.
"Awesome Hotel, Great Locations,"
The stay was absolutely perfect. Great location, and awesome staff like Manager Andreas, and others like Jan B, and Joshua. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Nice gym and sauna, place to park .
"Interesting and fun style"
I picked this hotel for my Berlin leg of a recent vacation because I wanted to try something different and a little fun. Overall, a good stay, but I was prepared for something different. If you are looking for a traditional American style hotel this is not your place. This is something different. The hotel is located in what I think is an artsy district in the former East Berlin (a block down from Universal Music and from a nice section of the Berlin Wall). They host regular music shows in their lounge/lobby area and sport a generally funky and music centered style. Every elevator is painted a different (and very bright) color and has its own selection of music style (my favorite was the Jazz Elevator) and apparently a spotify channel to go with it in case you want to keep listening to their catered song list. Warning: if you don't like bright colors and funky feels, you won't like this place. I liked the fun and funky style of the room. It was futuristic and designed to maximize every last inch of space. It was also fairly small and it was mostly white and bright pink. Do stay here if you are interested in a fun atmosphere for a getaway. They have an excellent morning breakfast buffet, of which you should take liberal advantage (the price is something like 30 Euro, so come hungry and try a little of everything). The staff was friendly, if not a little overtaxed by all the people they were helping. They went out of their way to help and were very nice. The Nit-picky stuff: Be prepared if you are sharing the room with anyone you are not intimate with that the bathroom is cordoned off with a glass wall and some privacy shading. Essentially, there is no privacy. Also, the bathroom towels are no longer soft. The bed was hard and they do not provide more than a comforter that barely covers the top surface area of the bed. Again - Overall, a good stay, but I was prepared for something different.
"Odd hotel, good service, friendly staff, loud at times"
We stayed two nights in the nhow Berlin. It is an interesting but odd hotel, themed at the young party community and the ones who like pop design. Be ready for lots of pink and nervous patterns all over the place. The first night wet only for a smokers room as all other rooms were booked. The room had a noticeable scent of smoke and plenty of cigarette burns all over the furniture. Not a very good experience. The friendly staff helped us to get a non smokers room there next night and even upgraded us. But I wish I would not have had to stay in the smokers room. Bathrooms are large and have a free standing tub. We did not eat there so I can't rate the food. The hotel was buzzing all day with loud electronic music... If you seek a relaxing quiet hotel this is not for you. I am not sure what to think about this concept hotel. I will most likely not return as it was much of everything in a way.
