"Family stay with a one year old baby"
The hotel is well located. There are several restaurants around, small shops and big malls. Train station is 2 minutes walk. In the lobby there is a small kids area that is very much appreciable when you want to take a coffee. Our one year old baby really liked it. The staff is lovely and very helpful whenever we needed directions. Thanks again Nid & Yim for your kindness and the quality of your indications. The quality of breakfast was average. We didn't try the restaurant for lunch or dinner.
I have been staying in this Hotel for the past 8 years every time I visited Bangkok. The Hotel amenities are very good and the location is excellent. The staff are very polite and helpful specially the reception area, Yim in the bar area ground floor, pool attendants and the housekeeping. On the negative side the carpet in the rooms have aged and need replacing. I always stay either on the executive floors or in the superior room. The hot plates (lamps) in the breakfast area need replacing. The food is always barely warm.
"4D3N in Bangkok"
Location: Chose this hotel because of it's location. Hotel is right in the centre of activities. Good restaurants and massages and shopping all within easy distance. Very good! Services: Courteous staff. Front desk staff who attended to us was observant and noted that my uncle's birthday was coming up soon. She sent a birthday cake, courtesy of the hotel, to him. Very thoughtful gesture. Rooms: Clean and quiet. Good sleep even though right in the middle of all the traffic. Facilities: Didn't use. The swimming pool looks good. Breakfast: I wasn't too impressed. It was an international buffet spread with a quite a big variety covering Japanese, Indian, Western, Chinese food. But overall the dishes weren't very appealing. Sunny sideup eggs and omelette were swimming in oil and I got a bit queasy after taking. Coffee machine wasn't topped up when I used it. Wanted a latte but it spewed out only coffee. Overall: V Good. I'll likely use this hotel again but minus the breakfast.
It was great. The staff really helpful. I booked 4 rooms for all of my family and we got the same floor as my request. Closed to Erawan Shrine, Sealife, Madame Tussaud, etc (just walking distance). The hotel also have children area where they can play games.
