"TIMUR ISABOEV offers impeccable service to his guests"
While on business in Moscow for two weeks, Timur spent a couple of hours helping me plan a full weekend of excursions and guidance for using the Metro. He booked dinner reservations at incredible restaurants and ensured I accomplished all my personal goals in two days. He was easy to work with and very customer oriented. He followed up and ensured successful outcomes each day and offered to provide more service as requested. Even when he was not working, he arranged for a suitable replacement well versed in my preferences and plans. After my trip, I realized I had misplaced a couple of critical receipts. He went out of his way to work with the local restaurant managers to obtain the necessary documentation and again followed up to verify all had been satisfied. I strongly recommend you utilize Timur's concierge services and benefit from his customer focus and personal commitment to creating a positive experience for his patrons while in beautiful Moscow.
"One of the finest"
Practically nothing to complain about... the rooms were outstanding, the breakfast delicious, the personell kind and nice. Annoying maybe, as everywhere in Moscow, the metal detection gates and the very obvious black suites...
"Problem with visa support Letter"
I made a non refundable reservation in this hotel in September 2016 for July 2017 for three people and paid it the same time. The reservation was made through Booking.com. At the end of January I emailed the hotel asking for visa support letters for the three of us. The reservation agent Evgeniya emailed me back saying that not all the names were in the reservation. I called Booking.com asking to input all the names. They did and sent the request back to Novotel. After that Evgeniya emailed me that I had to pay more for the third person in the reservation. I sent her the copy of my reservation where it says that the 3rd person can stay in my suite with no additional charge. She simply ignored me. I contacted Booking.com again, they called the hotel and were told that visa support letters would come in two days. I still don't have them. I emailed the manager of the reservation department in Novotel - no answer. We cannot apply for Russian visas without visa support letters. The whole deal with Novotel is very disappointing. We travel a lot, but I never had such problem. Now I am thinking about contacting my bank to cancel that reservation and return the money.
I have been here for several days during a business trip to Moscow. Comfortable rooms, very attractive fitness and sauna areas, very good breakfast. The staff was very kind to me and try to solve immediately any single needs. I will come here again.
"A convenient business hotel"
I've stayed at the this hotel numerous times and it is very conveniently located for my business meetings. it is situated in the main business district (Moscow City) and has good communication links. The staff are helpful, there is very good wifi and a reasonable gym/spa if that's your thing. A couple things worth knowing: 1. Request an even number room as these have a view, are much lighter and are larger as the hotel is build in a curved shape. 2. There is a minibar but it has nothing in it and there is no way of buying any snacks in the hotel eg. Chocolate bar. The only place to get a snack is the bar and that is a bar snack. 3. If you're not Russian, you'll probably find the rooms unbearably hot unless you turn the a/c controls to minimum.
