"Amazing time at Omni! "
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at Omni (wished it was a little longer). Rooms are spacious, sunny, clean and modern! Mini bar was always refreshed, which was very handy (cold water and juices, soft drinks and some beers). Facilities and amenities are great. Did not use the main pool once though, because we spent most of the time at the beach or at that lovely jacuzzi bar with lovely bartenders! (Special thanks to Consuela for taking care of us). Food is delicious everywhere, heaps of options, you will never get tired, and even buffet for dinner changes cuisines every night. Especially loved Da Vinci with Eduardo looking after us and Piña grill with Antonio! 10/10!!!! But personally my favourite part was the bar in the lobby, which was always nicely crowded, where you could have a sit and have pretty much any drink you want. Every day there are a lot of activities, games, shows etc etc. we didn't even leave the hotel once! Thank you Omni team for making our little holiday unforgettable 🤗
Clean room, very friendly service. Was very helpful in planning several day trips, and helped us upgrade at ease on the snorkel tour. Was well worth the upgrade. Nightly entertainment was a lot of fun to watch.
Our family met at the Omni Cancun for 5 nights over the holidays. 3 generations. 11 of us with ages 10-68. All were very happy with our stay! We had a villa and an ocean view room. We had dinner 2 nights at DaVinci, 2 nights at the Pina Grill (by the beach and is Pina Colada at breakfast and lunch), 1 night at LaVista. All good and great service. Be sure to make dinner reservations as soon as possible.Pina Colada was a favorite for breakfast. Many choices for lunch allowed us to dine when each wanted. The Sushi Bar and Pina Colada again were favorites. We only left the Omni on one day to go on a Zip Line adventure. We all really liked just hanging out at the nice beach under the shade or in the water the other days. Weather was spectacular. We all agreed it was a perfect place for our family to spend time together.
"Spa was a great experience, and service was excellent too!"
If you are looking for a wonderful massage, deep tissue or otherwise, Jazmin is a very thoughtful and conscientious masseuse. She will work diligently to give stress and tension knots some relief, while making sure that she is not too aggressive. Wonderful 80 minute massage before heading home!! Thanks Jazmin!
"Very clean and well maintained and great customer service."
We had a lagoon view room. The view was nice, however, we didn't have a balcony and there were only two little chairs by the window so not very comfortable to be in the room for any extended period of time. But, you don't come to Cancun to stay holed up in your room so that's fine. We got a great deal with the stipulation we listen to a timeshare presentation. It was pretty high pressure, but if you just keep saying no, they will give up. It took about 1 hour and 45 minutes, and was worth it for the price we paid for the vacation. The buffet restaurant, La Paloma, was fine. La Vista, the asian place was the best. Da Vinci was really overrated in my opinion. La Pina (which has breakfast and lunch by the beach) was just okay. We enjoyed the taco restaurant. Our weather wasn't great, it rained a couple of days and wasn't really very warm, so the pools were cold. And, the ocean was really rough. We went to Xcaret which I really recommend. It is expensive, but really worth it. All in all, it was a very nice vacation for the price. I wouldn't want to pay full price, though.
