The Pakat Suites hotel is located in the heart of Vienna, in the immediate vicinity of the Belvedere palace and the city centre. The State Opera can be reached in a 15-minute walk, and St. Stephen's Cathedral is only 2 underground stops away.
Stay in Pakat Suites for six days with my wife , everything is superb, starting from the front Desk extremely helpful with a smile ,a nice design clean spacious suite, very nice breakfast, and good location,we are planning to return to Vienna for a second visit and will be looking forward to stay again in Pakat Suite .
"Nice apart hotel"
We have been celebrating events in this hotel! It was great. Nice lobby bar, restaurant, apartment was clean and comfortable, very kind personal in reception ,we had not any problem. Hotel has underground parking place. Location was great, some steps from hotel and you will be in the main central street in Vienna. Close to the hotel some restaurants ,pubs, cafe. Also, there are a lots of shopping places!
"Great value for money."
Hotel is easily accessible from Vienna main station, either on foot (about 15mins) or via a short tram ride which leaves a 3min walk to the hotel. Surrounding area is residential so no noise at night and very safe. Staff are very friendly and help you wherever they can. Would come here again if looking for a great place to stay a little of the main hussle/buzzle of the city centre.
"Extremely helpful staff, but loud renovations all day"
The hotel is in an excellent location--very quiet neighborhood but just one block from a major street with the tram. Across the street from a restaurant and there are some other cafes within walking distance. About 10-15 minutes (loud) walk to the Ring Strasse area. Room was very large for a European hotel and bed was comfortable. My biggest tip for Vienna: Buy the Vienna card (the front desk sells them). It will pay for itself in 1-2 days depending on how many attraction s you see in a day.
"Great Value for the Money. Very Comfortable."
Throughout the whole reservation process, starting with Daniela, we had a great experience at Pakat Suites , which is somewhere between mid-range and luxury. The suites are rather unique - quite modern feeling and very spacious, with wooden floor ,which is great against odors and allergies. The breakfast was included, and it was plentiful, fresh and tasty with combination of hot and cold selections. The hotel does not have a restaurant and there is no room service. As you enter the suite, there is a small toilet room separated from the bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and featured both a bathtub and shower, and like most hotels we visited: a weight scale to keep you honest and no overindulge . A bottle opener was provided - another one of the nice little practical touches you really appreciate when provided, and I liked the fact that the lighting in the bathroom was sufficiently bright - not the dim lighting you often find in hotel bathrooms. The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is pretty much equidistant from two subway stations, and not especially close to either one. The walk to these stations was pleasant enough though - maybe 10-15 minutes, depending on how quickly you're moving. There is a small bar with good selection of drinks right next to the lobby/reception area. The minor things keeping this hotel from getting higher marks were: No coffee-making facilities. No mini bar. Rather limited TV channels. No room service. I'd absolutely recommend this hotel, and would stay again. While it is a bit away from the action/center of town, it is still within walking distance, and also from the train station. It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
