"Sanctuary in Palermo Hollywood"
This small hotel is a gem. The contemporary light filled design, plants throughout public spaces and room balconies, the garden adjacent to the restaurant creates soothing, estheticly pleasing surroundings. So appreciated after spending the day out in the hectic city. Front desk staff is friendly, professional and always ready to assist. We could not have selected a better hotel.

Great green hotel in the heart of Palermo, very comfortable and cozy. Has a nice small pool and terrace for when the weather is hot. The staff is great, helpful, friendly and polite. A place to recommend and return!!!

"Cool, modern hotel!"
Located in Palermo area, it's a 5 minute walk from the subway. Hotel is quite small which makes it even better, with less noise. Room and bathroom were perfect size and well equipped. Everything looked very modern and cool. Bed was a little too soft for my taste. Hotel staff was super attentive, offering us umbrella for the rain and plug adapters (they even have bikes to borrow). Breakfast was fresh and tasty (loved they offer fresh press coffee) and the restaurant seems to attract many people, though we did not try it. We fully enjoyed our stay there and would certainly stay here again.
"Terrible Experience - AVOID"
Terrible policies and management. Avoid this place. I booked a non-refundable rate for a friend's wedding, but am now unable to travel due to a medical issue (my foot is immobilized in a boot and cannot walk) and they refused to issue a refund or even a credit. With a medical note, refunds for airlines and hotels are standard in the industry, but apparently these people do not care about customer service or their reputation. I worked in hospitality for years and am absolutely shocked at their response - they offered me 15% percent off a future stay while refusing all requests for a refund or credit. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. They simply do not understand customer service or the industry they are in. Just disgraceful.
