"Great Location, Nice Hotel"
We stayed here during a conference at the Moscone Convention Center. The location was great for attending the conference and access to everything else we wanted to do and see. The hotel provided for all of our needs, our room had everything we needed. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of water everyday and really appreciated the coffee maker in our room (some upscale hotels do not offer this). The staff at the front desk and the concierge were always very personable and helpful. I asked the concierge a number of questions for directions and transportation and they were great. Personally I thought our room was small, We had only one comfortable (sitting room) chair. I used the Gym one day and was quite impressed with the amenities (head phones, towels, cool wash rags, water bottles) and equipment (lots of it and lots of variety). We chose to self park our car in a very convenient city lot very close to the hotel. It was more reasonably priced at $35 a day (be aware it closes at 11 p.m. and does not reopen until 7 a.m.)
"Very good hotel"
I stayed with my wife for four days. We found out that this is very nice hotel with great location. Rooms were very comfortable. Daily room cleaning service was great. Specially Nancy Chang help us to stay comfortably.
"Morning running group"
The location is good, but the one really memorable aspect of staying at this hotel was the fact that they arrange a morning group run. They adapt the run based on the speed and fitness levels of the guests to ensure an all-round pleasant experience.
"Upscale Hotel in Great location!"
I stayed here during a weeklong conference at the Moscone Convention Center. Very nice hotel and spacious room. Very friendly staff and very conveniently located to walk to Moscone. My room had a nice view of the Moscone center & Yerba Buena Park but I was up high enough(I think 14 fl) where I didn't hear any noise outside. At checking, Wilson at the front desk was super helpful. The breakfast buffet had something for everyone, from traditional bacon & eggs, to meats and cheeses, fruits, breads, and more. There were usually complimentary muffins and things in the lobby for me to take on the way out if I was in a rush and too busy for breakfast. Also at the end of the day there were complimentary snacks in the lobby. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that I had to report a maintenance issue twice before it was fixed - my bed lamp switch made arcing sounds when I turned it on or off so they had to replace it. Otherwise was a great place & I would go back.
My husband was here for business and so I tagged along for the weekend. The hotel is nice, rooms are comfortable, food is good and so are the prices. The best thing about this hotel though it definitely the location! We were able to walk just about anywhere. My only complaints are that they don't offer room service and valet is super expensive.
