"High tea is worth the money"
I had my high tea with couples of friends at Hyatt in a quiet afternoon. It was amazing with the weather, view and especially the foods and sweets. One of the staff was really out standing, his name is Jason I think. He was really friendly and approachable. He was taking care of us very well and also his services area. It was a good experiences at Hyatt Sydney
"Wow- Location, view and the bill."
What a wonderful hotel, with an amazing outlook straight over the water to the Sydney Opera House. (we paid extra & upgraded our room which came with the view) Stupendous experience, but goodness me they know how to charge. Great staff, very clean hotel as well as modern. Nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend it if you can see past the $$$
As far as Park Hyatts go worldwide - this is one of the best. From the moment of arrival to entry to the room, all is seamless - slick, friendly and extremely welcoming. Park Hyatt is a funny brand - she can be beguiling, cold and officious. But PH Sydney is a gem among the queens of hotels. My favourite bit - room size. Extravagantly large rooms from entry level and above. Well done Park Hyatt Sydney - you did not fail to deliver- again.
"Wow- what a view, what a location, what a bill"
Fantastic location & views. Unbeatable access to the Rocks / Bridge Climb etc. Loved it. Admittedly we upgraded our room, but the pricing was astronomical. Service was impeccable. Hotel was spotless. Highly recommended.
The hotel is pricey but the views, service and location are an absolute treat. if you’ve never visited Sydney before or even just want to experience it like a very special person. It’s truly an unforgettable and memorable hotel. Just loved everything, felt so welcomed and cared for. Rooms spacious, comfortable and immaculately clean. Our check in representative just ticked all the boxes, explaining all of the features of our room. So sorry I can't recall her name, I have been neglectful being timely about submitting this review. She was of Italian decent and I think it was Theresa. (In case the manager is reading this.) Our room had a partial harbor view and we could see our Steamship as it disembarked passengers. We were able to walk to the pier to embark on the rest of our special journey. A special thanks to the General Manager Mark von Arnim, the General Manager for the bottle of excellent champagne which was a wonderful treat after a long day of beautiful and interesting sightseeing. Would love to go back some time in the future.
