"Park Hyatt properties never disappoint"
Second time I have stayed in this property, and I like it very much - better than the Hyatt Regency property on King Street. This is a very typical Park Hyatt property, and I love them all. The atmosphere is quiet and reserved and the staff is very professional but quite friendly and welcoming. My room was large, comfortable and very well furnished, with a large couch and several comfortable chairs. The bathroom was small but with nice amenities. The spa is lovely and the fitness center has plenty of machines as well as pool, sauna and other good features for both a workout and relaxation. Didn't eat in the hotel restaurant but there is a nice Morton's steak house in the hotel building which has a good bar. The hallways are a bit dated, but who spends time in the hallway after all' I will stay here again for sure.
"Good quality, a bit dated"
The Park Hyatt Toronto is a dependable, solid, quality hotel. Service of everyone I interested with was exceptional. I liked my room, the bed was extremely comfortable. Le Labo brand amenities. The lobby and parts of the hotel, like hallways, feel dated. The hotel could use a refreshening.
"Park Hyatt Toronto"
Excellent and friendly service at check in and at check out. Room was large and very comfortable. Thought the mattress was decent, but probably could use updating Would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.
"Great location, big but outdated room."
My husband and I went over last week-end and stayed 3 nights. He was attending a conference in there and I went shopping. The location is great, it's right in front of the Museum and you can either walk from metro Museum, Saint-George, Bay etc. without a problem. You are directly next to all the luxury shopping stores (50m from Tiffany, LV etc.) and a few blocks away from Koreatown. It's a 20 minutes walk from Eaton Centre. We had room 1509 which was very big but the space was kind of lost (could have easily fit a sofa). The furniture is outdated but the bed is super comfortable. Wifi connection was pretty good. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. As for his conference, my husband said that he was provided with good coffee and good lunchs. He needed to print something and the business centre was very user friendly (he took a computer, plugged his USB key and printed whatever he needed). The only thing that bothered me was that, on Friday evening, I left around 7PM and closed all the lightings (I know I did sp because I was about to leave the room when I went back in to turn them off). The TV was also off since I don't really watch it. When I came back (around 10PM) all the lights were turned on and so was the TV and it felt my things moved around. I was really freaked out until my husband came back. I thought that they maybe provided room service twice a day (which they confirmed afterwards). However I'm not sure of what happened exactly. I have the feeling that someone came in to sit on the bed and watch TV but maybe our room simply wasn't cleaned properly (the bed was still rumpled) and the cleaning person had to leave in a rush. In all cases, nothing of our stuff disappeared. We travel a fair bit and I never had that feeling before.
"Excellent as always!"
Enjoyed the friendly and very focused staff members, from check in to room service. The rooftop bar is still great, however we all miss Jo. We wish him all the best for his well deserved retirement. Overall a great experience
