"Stay for trip to the Arena."
We stayed here for the night due to seeing Jack Whitehall at the Manchester arena. Arrived just after 3 o'clock, promptly checked in even with a que of 5/6 people in front of us. Room was great, a little too warm though even with the heating turned off & air con on! The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the arena (enter through Victoria station) and to the Printworks & 10 minutes into the city centre. In the morning we decided to have the breakfast in the hotel which is definitely worth the £7.50 for a buffet breakie, certainly helps to cure a hangover! Reception even kept hold of our bags for the day while we went to the Trafford Centre for the day. We travel to Manchester very often & will definitely be returning here next time!
Stayed over Friday & Saturday all hotel staff were extremely friendly and they couldn't do enough to help us. We all had an excellent weekend - the food and drink all had fabulous variety, Our room was very nice with the added bonus of Shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom the maid on our floor was so friendly always making sure we had everything we needed she even popped slippers on our door as she had saw me walking from the pool with trainers on. Will definitely use the hotel again - excellent position for the Arena and center of town is a small walk away.
"Perfectly Placed hotel "
A lovely hotel, perfectly placed for the Manchester Arena. We had a superior room which although small was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was no hot water when we tried to have a shower in the morning, but no other problems. Breakfast was very good, really fresh food with lots of choice. Would definitely stay here again, despite the lack of a hot shower!
"Very good hotel with excellent staff"
This is a very good hotel that as part of the Radisson Group offers the quality that you would expect. The check in staff were excellent, very friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable with controllable heating/air conditioning and was spotlessly clean. Very quiet on the 6th floor considering it's position in north of the City Centre. Good buffet breakfast with a vast array of choice and again excellent staff. The drinks are a little expensive but as a 4* hotel not excessive by any means. Check in/out very straightforward. You can leave your luggage in a secure cloakroom and of course the reception staff will call a taxi service for you which was very efficient (£6.00 to Picadilly Station) the car park is just down the road and there is a discount for guests. Very close to the Arena and within a short walk (10 minutes or so to the shopping Centre) overall excellent and will definitely use again when in Manchester. Highly recommended
What a lovely hotel. Staff very friendly Rooms lovely everything really clean. Really close to shops, arena, train station all on the door step. Pool was lovely a bit small. Steam room sauna perfect. They have ice buckets at the end of each corridor Breakfast was lovey top quality food, plenty of choice. We ran out of milk it was no problem reception had some more sent straight away. We loved our stay and would be really happy to come back. Thank you for having us and we look forwards to coming back.
