"Extremely comfortable beds. Very central location. Excellent for arena, Victoria station and Trafford Centre"
We booked the hotel for 2 nights for a concert on Saturday night. We arrived at Victoria Sation about 1230 and a short walk brought us to the hotel. Initial impression of the area wasn't fantastic as it looked onto a snooker hall and a disused furniture warehouse, however once in the hotel it is fine. We were checked in immediately and found the rooms spacious and comfortable. About 5 minutes walk away after negotiating a 4 stage set of lights to cross a busy road we found the "Print Works" a trance area containing the Hard Rock Cafe, Prezzo, Yates and a few other. Ideal for a meal before a concert at the arena which was a just behind the Station so again only minutes away from the hotel. The Trafford Centre and Corn Exchange were just up the road. Would definately recommend the hotel for central location. The beds were extremely comfortable so had good nights sleep both nights however first morning breakfast was Luke warm on cold plates. I did bring this to the attention of the staff and next day it was much better. All in all would stay again and recommend for closeness to Manchester city and the arena.
"Great Room but no breakfast."
Stayed for a concert at MEN Arena was really well placed just down the road about 600m. The Hotel is really nice and the staff very efficient. There is no parking but a Total Car Park is just across the road behind the snooker club. My main gripe is the breakfast £10 each for a Continental style breakfast!! Your having a laugh arn't you! Needless to say there is a Weatherspoon's not far away at the Printworks who offer something of more value.
Stayed overnight for concert at Manchester arena, very clean very pleasant staff nothing to much trouble, buffet breakfast was beautiful lots of choice from fruit cereal crossaint muffins cooked will definitely go back.
"Great for a concert"
My wife and I only stayed one night after a concert at the manchester arena ,which is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The checkin was quick and efficient . The room was very good clean and tidy with the usual facilities. We didnt eat at the hotel but it offers breakfast but did have a drink in the bar after the concert and it was very busy. Not the cheapest hotel in manchester but with a central location for the city centre and train station you wont get better.
"Lovely hotel, decent size room with fab breakfast"
We stayed at this hotel for the first weekend in December 2016. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious, modern and clean. The breakfast was a help yourself buffet which had absolutely everything you could imagine. It was a lovely weekend and as it was near Christmas we had fun visiting the Christmas market (which was a short walk away from the hotel). As we were really busy (also attending a football match) we didn't have time to use the wonderful swimming pool. The hotel was easy to find and there was a pay multi-storey car park next to it, I suppose the only downside was that it cost £12 each day of your stay at the car park (with hotel discount).
