Clean, modern and very spacy room. Good noise isolation. Actually, although I went with my gamily, I consider this as the best business hotel I have ever come across. Good location in city center with affordable parking. Indoor swimming pool, sauna en fitness. Everything modern, clean and in perfect condition.
"Very nice and up to date business hotel"
Spend the night in this Park Plaza and was pleasantly surprised about what I found. The parking in the back is a bit hidden, the lobby up to date and spacious, the people behind the check in friendly, the rooms - though a bit spread out due to the layout of the building, are up to date and comfortable, the bed just like any other Park Plaza, the bathroom is nice and clean (but I closed the curtains just to be sure) and everything works fine. The hotel is close to many restaurants, which is great because there is no restaurant in the hotel (there are two restaurants in the same building though). Good place for a great price.
"Great time in EHV"
I was very satisfied. Czech in and out service perfect, very kind a proactive stuff, good breakfast on duch standard, smiling personal. I have enjoyed smiling pool - very often alone, sauna is on děkana but for free and fitness gym is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
"Excellent service and pleasant surroundings"
The Park Plaza is a 15-20 minute walk from Eindhoven station, and within easy reach of the rest of the city centre. The hotel reception and communal areas are bright, open spaces, conservative but modern in style. For reasons I shall come on to, we stayed in both an executive room and a standard room, both of which were adequate for our needs and featured everything you would expect for a four-star hotel. The rooms and hotel were clean and well presented. From other reviewers' remarks about cleanliness and maintenance, it would appear these issues have been addressed by the hotel as we had no cause for complaint here at all. We stayed a total of four nights. Upon arrival, as we were a little early, we were offered an upgrade to an executive room for €15/night, which we took. Having initially booked for two nights, this seemed reasonable. Having checked out, we then learnt our return flight had been cancelled and we couldn't then fly home for a further two days. As we were still sat in the hotel's lounge, we started to try to make arrangements, including extending our stay at the hotel. The extra two night stay included New Years Eve, so understandably prices rose and availability reduced, however the reception staff were excellent in assisting us in contacting nearby hotels. In the end it transpired the best option was to stay put in the Park Plaza, and the hotel gave us complimentary breakfast for our extended stay. We are very grateful for the patience and assistance provided by the Park Plaza staff, which made a stressful situation a little easier to bear.Undoubtedly this has had a very positive impact upon our opinion of the hotel, as it's when problems arise that you see how good a place really is. To compare the executive and standard rooms: the executive room was slightly larger overall, with a much larger bathroom and a lounge area separate from the bed area of the room. The executive room had a large shower but no bath, whereas the standard room has a shower over a bath. Other upgrades in the executive room were a slightly (even) larger bed, Nespresso coffee machine (as well as the kettle featured in standard rooms), bath robes (useful for the pool - these are €7.50 to rent otherwise). The hotel has a small gym and pool on the ground floor, free for guests 24 hours a day. There is also a small sauna within. The breakfast offering was comprehensive, consisting of the usual continental array of breads, fruit, cheeses and meats, cereal, yogurt, and cooked meats and eggs too. There is parking to the rear of the hotel, although we didn't use this. Negatives during our four night stay would be noise from adjoining rooms or from the corridors, which of course the hotel don't really have much control over. The rooms have large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs mounted on the walls, which can be easily heard in adjoining rooms if loud. Other than this though, our stay was comfortable and pleasant. The stand-out element for us was the attentive and friendly staff, which is easily where an opinion of any business can be won and lost, so prospective visitors should be reassured that the Park Plaza gets pretty much everything right.
"Nice location but far from the main transportations"
The hotel has a nice decor, not easy to find but we had an upgrade. By the way the bed was unconfortable and the room was cold(the heating doesn t work very well) The breakfast was very good. God value for the price
