"Good place for business visit"
The hotel is good located - near to the Old Town of the city. They have really good service - kind, helpful and proffesional. Food is also very tasty - they serve both regional and international meals. They also have small but nice spa.
"Excellent modern hotel, 5 mins walk to centre"
Stayed for 3 nights and a very modern, funky, dynamic hotel. Interesting central reception, bar, lounge with comfortable leather sofas, Tv screens and pool tables. Rooms were quite spacious, beds very comfortable and Windows that open. A pool and gym is included too. Food was good too and service excellent from staff who wore casual clothes and were friendly and efficient. The only minor negatives was no in room safe or hot drink facilities, but really enjoyed my stay.
i was there for the Dreamhack and yeah ... the staff was brilliant the rooms are mega compfy just cant say anything else then -> go there 5 stars from me. -> the breakfast -> LEGENDARY i have been in many hotels recently and that was by far the best one!
"Cool hotel about 10 mins walk from station - recommended"
My wife and I spent one night here in late-December 2016 as part of a self-organised trip to Colditz castle (PoW camp during WWII - reachable by 2 buses from Leipzig). This hotel is: * 10-12 mins walk from the station and 5 mins from city centre (NB hotel not easy to find, as it's somewhat down back-roads/in an office-y area) * Cool check-in + bar area: after dinner we shunned city centre pubs to return to the hotel bar, which is a first for us * Good value on the hotel price overall, considering the quality/modernity of hotel * Friendly check-in staff, who quickly and pleasantly resolved a couple of queries The main quirk of the hotel is/was the spa/pool area: the pool's water was mid-temp only; and the 4-5 other male/female (and, we think, German) guests in the (small) sauna area were naked (this wasn't a problem, but the lack of signage/demarkation surprised us) Overall, we would recommend this hotel and would certainly make this our first port of call if we were return to Leipzig.
