Located in the Sants-Montjuic district, between Calle Consell de Cent and Calle Béjar, the hotel is a few metres away from the underground station of Plaza España, in the oldest and most outstanding Fairs area of Barcelona. It is also one of the areas with the longest shopping tradition in the city, down the buzzing main street of calle Creu Coberta (the old “Carretera de Sants”).
Very well communicated with all city motorways, the hotel is just a few steps away from the main train and coach station of Barcelona-Sants.
"Almost 100%, missing details"
The hotel is very nice, nice staff but misses a food service 24h and a automatic identification system for the garage. Details that when you are in a business trip are very important to have. Nice location and comfortable rooms. In summary is a great hotel.
Went to Barcelona for a few days to take in a football game and see the city. Shopped around and found this hotel so thought I'd try it out. Hotel was lovely, great location, great staff, room was perfect - a nice suite on the 7th floor. The bar was well priced and was a nice little lounge area to sit and relax with a drink. Would defo recommend staying here, was well priced, can't find no faults with it.
"Its not **** star hotel."
nice location and decoration they donot clean the room every day (we came back at 1700 and they did not clean the room). today our last day we do not have hot water to take a shower not recomended at all.
"Weekend to see Bacelona."
A group of 7 of us went to Barcelona to see a game and experience Barcelona. I booked 4 twin rooms. It's an excellent hub for transport i.e. Sants (for the Airport)station is about 500m away. There are also a no. of metro stops close by. The hotel itself is good quality and reasonably priced. The breakfast was really suitable to our needs. It's in a normal neighbourhood so it has everything you want around it. The staff were nice normal people. The bar and food prices are normal there too. Would definitely stay here again with family or friends.
"A good decision made"
I stayed at the Pestana Arena Barcelona for one night only on a business trip to Barcelona. The best the hotel has to offer is the hospitality of their employees. The hall to my room was extremely dark, the elevators did not work well and I ended up taking the stairs a couple of times but those are just minor details, what really broke my heart was to taste the "tortilla espanola" that was available as part of the breakfast buffet and feel it was as cold as the temperature outside of the hotel... overall a good decision made for one night stay in Barcelona and a good deal for what I paid to stay there.
