Boutique hotel located in the touristic and monumental downtown of Seville, in Santa Cruz quarter very close to the Cathedral, Giralda, Alcázar and Sierpas Street, the most important shopping center in Seville, where the best stores are found.
"Great location and friendly staff"
We stayed for four nights in this well located hotel. We asked for a patio room and were pleased with the response from staff. We were also loaned a kettle and later in our stay booked the free hotel bikes. The location was excellent for losing yourself amongst the cobbled streets of Seville and only a few minutes away from the Aire de Sevilla for relaxing in the spa baths. We loved the local tapas restaurant 'Levies' and were treated with a surprise Valentine gift from the hotel in our room.
"Great staff makes a great hotel"
We stayed at this property for three nights from 14 Feb. Inside the old town, the location of the hotel cannot be better, as one can walk from there to most major monuments plus the convenience of a number of bars and dining options in the area. The hotel is modern and its staff is unbelievable helpful. What we like most about the staff is their responsiveness and the way they render their service always with a smile. Mind you, a number of rooms (only the very superior rooms are upstairs) are located on the ground floor but still they enjoy much privacy. The breakfast is very good with both cold and hot items. In fact, there are two dining rooms for breakfast, one on the ground floor and the other a level down. Guests can enjoy all day complimentary coffee and tea, available in the lower level dining room. If you need a taxi, the reception can help call one for you. With the Seville airport only some 9 km from the city centre, it is most convenient to take a taxi to the hotel. On arrival late at night, we paid 25 euros for the trip, including two bags, while the ride from the hotel to the train station (around 1.6 km), we paid 8 euros (rounded up/this was close to a fare suggested by the hotel). Possibly, we got ripped off a bit on arrival but the fare was still "reasonable". In addition to all the monuments, being in Seville, it is almost a must to see a flamenco show. We spent some time checking out online the options and finally went to the Tablao Alvarez Quintero. We made our decision based on a few factors: it offers two different show times (19:00 & 20:30) while most others start pretty late, it is so close to our hotel and it is a pure dance performance (not dinner show). The show was one of the best we have ever seen. When arriving at the venue, we were a bit worried because there were a few small children. But the show was so good that even the little ones were all mesmerised!
"excellent mid week break"

"Very good Service. Average hotel"
We stayed at this property on Feb 2-3,2017. Location is very central to everything . within walking distance. all the sightseeing as well as the shopping , markets, bakeries, restaurants all within walking distance. special mention to the front desk employees who are very helpful with directions, suggestions etc. The hotel itself......is petite as the name itself. rooms are rather small.we particularly did not like the layout of the room with the bunk beds . everything is in just one room with no privacy . the washrooms are right in the room , just with a glass door that does not close, so you can imagine the intimidating factor , while going to the bathroom and someone sleeping right outside !!!! there was just a small desk and a chair. the desk was so small , it could hardly hold the coffee machine. the mini fridge comes with pay , even water , however they have juice, tea, coffee and water after 1.0p.m to 12.0 midnight free in restaurant. which is nice.( be careful with timing as their timing is not same as north american) We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as it was too expensive. so cannot comment . There are lots of options nearby. even Mcdonalds , Burger King , Dunkin donoghts and Starbucks and lots of good pastry shops. overall good value for money minus the " PETITE" size of the rooms. it is no-frills hotel which is good for short stay.
"Great hotel, good location in sunny Seville"
A really good experience. The room was warm, clean and cosy. The hotel is well located in the historic Santa Cruz part of the city, all the main attractions are within easy walking distance. The local streets are well served with good restaurants and cafes so eating out is easy. We weren't so keen on the glass door on the bathroom, which didn;t really close but that's a minor niggle. We ate breakfast out as the cost in the hotel (13 E, reduced from 15) we felt was rather high. We managed to get excellent tapas for lunch and dinner for less than that! An excellent place to stay in a beautiful city - highly recommended.
