Boutique hotel located in the touristic and monumental downtown of Seville, in Santa Cruz quarter very close to the Cathedral, Giralda, Alcázar and Sierpas Street, the most important shopping center in Seville, where the best stores are found.
"Great location - friendly, helpful staff"
Once we found it (tip: pick up a decent map from the information office near the cathedral and keep checking the street names as you go), we were really pleased with the welcome we were given and our room which was a decent size and well equipped (including a free safe). Breakfast was plentiful and we were happy with the overall inclusive price. The location is excellent for all the old city tourist spots (about 10 minutes from the cathedral) and the numerous eating places. It was an easy walk to the railway station (25 minutes or so) and similar to the Plaza de Armas bus terminal for the airport bus (EA). There a couple of laptops connected to the internet in the reception area for guests' use
"Centrally Located Hotel"
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and loved it. It was centrally located, rooms were clean, front desk was very friendly and helpful for finding things to do in the area, they offered free bikes to use during our stay, nice breakfast (additional cost), nice relaxing lobby, down a quiet street, free wifi, parking available, large showers (yeah!) and the bed was comfortable. No negatives on this one.
"Great place ! Amaizing staff"
We spend 3 night there with a big family. The location is great. Close to everything but very peaceful . Good breakfast. Clean and nice rooms. The patio is beautiful. The best thing was the Amaizing staff! So helpful with everything we needed . Will come back for sure
"Excellent boutique style hotel, just 5 minutes from train station and centrally located in the old town."
This hotel was in a excellent location, in the Jewish quarter of the old town. The Cathedral was only 5 minutes walk away, and most other attractions could be reached on foot in 15/20 minutes. Excellent selection of bars and restaurants in the immediate area, and would highly recommend the restaurant Gallina Bianca, just around the corner. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, and happy to make recommendations. The only downside was that the hotel was situated opposite a bell tower, which started to chime at 9am, so if you wanted a lie , it was not really possible.
"Excellent Stay, Perfect Location"
We took my parents to Sevilla for the first time. We had previously stayed in a hotel slightly outside of the centre, but this time wanted to be more centrally located. We chose the Petit Palace Santa Cruz is in the old Jewish quarter. This was perfect as you are no more than 15 minutes walk from any of the main attractions and yet are located in quiet streets. We stayed for four nights and had an amazing stay. The rooms are a perfect size for a pied a terre in the heart of the city, clean, with modern decor, just what you need for city sightseeing. The hotel itself is excellent, with clean, modern lines, and a simple design aesthetic. The outside dining area is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to enjoy this every day. Breakfast was vast and comprehensive, with a great selection of food. The concierge team could not have been more helpful. They were kind, welcoming, eager to assist, and full of excellent restaurant recommendations. We would definitely choose to stay here again. It really made the trip.
