We got a room upgrade so we were stoked. We had a view of the Bellagio fountains and it was amazing. Planet Hollwood's location is perfect. I'm so glad we stayed here.Comment of M. Victoria , New Zealand the 2014-07-16

"Worst guest service ever!!!"
They don't really care about guests, they were testing the life safety system during the day (Which sounds logical), but they should notify guest in advance. guys on the guest service desk where rude and not ready to help.
"PH is a great casino for entertainment, shopping and eating places."
My room had a great location overlooking the fountains show and had been recently remodeled. The maid service was excellent. We were able to sleep late and still get great service. We ordered room service and it was very timely and the food was great. Security appeared to be very good thru-out the hotel and casino.
"Dress for the occasion!!!"
If you want to party Planet Hollywood is your place!!! And if you are at the right time you will be at the right place for the Lime Light of the Red Carpet!!! Planet Hollywood is also is located right where all the fun is in Las Vegas Boulevard!!! Staying at Planet Hollywood will be a perfect location that is just around everything in Las Vegas!!!
"PH Wedding Weekend"
Love this property! Everything about it is just great! A dozen of us stayed for a long weekend to celebrate another friend's wedding, and we all had a blast. The pool was beautiful, nightlife was fun, tables were profitable, comp drinks free flowing,
I was very happy with this place including location, price, amenities, entertainment etc.. Stayed 4 nights for 3 of us. We had a standard room with two double beds and the room was very big, but I don't know if all the rooms were as big, or if we just got lucky. There was enough room for the third person to sleep on the floor on a makeshift mattress without getting in the way. Was not happy with the check-in procedure, but I think that's a common annoyance for everyone at ALL the hotels in the area. We checked in at 1 am, or should I say entered the line at 1 am, and got served at 2 am. There was only 4 people in front of me, but only 1 overly worked check-in person. But we were happy when we finally checked in and got to the room. The hotel/casino entrance is right on the Strip so it is a short walk between the Elevators and the Strip. . Good for lazy people like me. Some other hotels are set way back from the strip. If you are parking a car there, its free, for now, but it is a long walk from the Elevators. Took me about 9 minutes. You have to walk through the Miracle Mile Mall to the opposite end to get to the parking garage.
