I don't even want to spent too much time for writing the review for this place, so I will just point the most important - PLEASE DO AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! People working there have no idea what customer service is, they all are so rude and unhelpful, not professional and basically careless - this includes the manager also and truly all of them working there!!! You have to pay for everything!!! They will charge you for cleaning service, wi-fi, towels, if you listen music too loud they will charge you too when the majority of their guests are simply a party people - you will not get sleep there I promise you. Terrible experience, I wish I have never stayed at this place. This place is ridiculous, the worst I have ever seen!!!!! Dirty old furniture, absolutely horrible linen and towels - nothing positive - NOTHING AT ALL! Will never come back and I will worn all of my friends and people to do not stay there - just avoid this place.
The hotel asks 100 zl extra deposit, but they accept only Visa or MasterCard. As I had only Maesto or cash I had to wait almost 5 hours in the hotel before checking. They did not offer a glass of water. My room was fully pre-paid. I booked it via agency they helped us with a visa card. I do not know what happen if I have booked it directly... The staff is arrogant, the bathroom is dirty. The breakfast is served in a cafe next to the hotel, it was poor.

We had a fantastic stay at the Platinum Residence. The standard of the accommodation is fantastic, we really couldn't fault anything. Having the extra space to relax in the evening was really enjoyable. Great location, really helpful reception staff who booked tours etc. for us and the leisure facilities are lovely. The airport transfer with the hotel is also great value for money (we felt between 2 people) and our driver was really friendly.
To qoute the staff "this is not a hotel" The rooms are ok, not more. Light bulbs not working, temperature either too warm or too cold. Bed had som noicy sheet under the regular sheet. Poorly equiped kitchen, understocked with trashbags and toiletpaper. Two exits to the balcony, one with a warning to not use the balcony - the second not. The key card did not open the entrance to the elevators so you need to wait for the staff to unlock - don't expect them to notice you. Reception staff - wow. For a minute I tought it was Fawlty towers! Started off with being frowned upon for my prefered payment. Next came a big argue when we asked for a pillow (only 2 in the room - had boked a room for 3 persons) and was asked to pay for it. Long story short, reception manager suggested that I did not read their pricelist properly and that they are NOT a hotel. Well, perhaps don't offer your flats at hotels.com then' Almost amusing is the fact that they placed an extra bed in our room despite only asking for a pillow. When we went shopping the bed AND the pillow was removed. Took a long argue to get it back. On the plus side, it will be an amusing story to tell to my friends..
I stayed four nights . For reservation this place you must know that there is 5 different companies are maneging these 2 towers . And only one is with reception . Best is jmj and the lady called monika . You can call her for reservation and her number +48601131582 before arriving . She is great . And she will take care of everything . Just one issue that if u need any help while staying she is away most time . While if you book with the reception directly you will got better service with higher price . Clean . Perfect for business stay . Close to hilton hotel . 8
