"Really friendly and well located hotel in super city"
We loved this 13 room hotel tucked away off a street near to station in a 'developing area' , which is only 5 minutes from the city centres. Staff were great who could not do enough for us and the rooms were a good size. Only food offered is a good breakfast but lots of restaurants close by. Only short coming was some noise from other rooms but nothing too serious
"Not Good; Important To Read Review if Thinking about Booking"
Pros: some of the staff, cleanliness, location near train station, wifi Cons: Heat/AC are centrally controlled, some staff, spa was not in operation, pool was covered up with a glass gate for not entry, vibe is very quiet/empty hotelish, room safes not large enough for Ipad or Laptop any size (except maybe the Mini 9.5 could fit), uncomfortable beds, VERY thin walls which in their listing says are soundproof which they are not. Read on for more explanation but I highly suggest choosing another property. Biggest issue was the AC/Heat. it was explained to me that the heat/ac are centrally controlled by management. This means if you like it hot/cold it may not meet your sleep/comfort needs. The thermostat in the room is locked AND it is controlled by management seasonally. It was in the upper 70's this week in Toulouse and very warm the one day but at night it was in the low 50's. The rest of the days were very cold and rainy. The AC was kept on because it was "seasonal". They switched my room but the same thing happened which is whey it was explained that they are not empowered to change it, only management. Since it was Sunday evening at 1am in the morning this obviously wasn't going to happen. So, I couldn't sleep because it was so cold. Then income drunk guys around 2am making noise in their separate rooms. I was told I was not the only one to complain but that a guy in the room next to mine complained also but the front desk said they heard nothing. The Nespresso in the room is the norm in many hotels. What is not normal is that they stated that the first one was free and all others you have to pay for!! When I checked in I asked for a quiet room as I travel so much and know rooms next to housekeeping and the elevators are terrible. He said ok and put me directly next to the Housekeeping room.....which there is literally a foot, if that between my door and the housekeeping door. I went down and mentioned this and he said yes that it was housekeeping. I asked him to changed it which he did but he obviously wasn't telling me the truth when he said he would put me in a quiet room. With that said the hotel on this weekend was very noisy I had an issue with my Bose quiet headphones which I needed fixed because I needed them to help sleep and so I asked the front desk woman if she could call them, because I don't know French, to ask them about fixing them (it just needed an extra earbud which fell off. She initially said no she wouldn't call but then I pressed her to call which she did reluctantly. She spoke with them and got an answer so I went across the town to get them. Why not say yes, I will call for you instead of no' Four star hotels should help out the customers where they can. I bought a coffee with a Gran Marnier and the guy who did it was from the front desk. Instead of a regular snifter he put it in a small one with one shot!! Then charged me 8 euro for it. I questioned it as it is usually in a large snifter with a lot more in the snifter. He obviously doesn't bartend which is fine but know the basics. On a good note he brought me out a second snifter to make up for it. In the end, I got sick which I blame on the HVAC system and it being controlled by management. The CUSTOMER should be able to control the comfort levels in their rooms, not have management decide how warm/cold your room will be and then lock it so you cannot change it. This is wrong on so many levels. Very, very frustrating and disappointing.
"Great hotel, everything we wanted!"
We were two couples visiting Toulouse and also there to go to a Saracens vs Toulouse rugby game. Reception staff were courteous, efficient. Rooms were clean, crisp bed linen, spacious room, really quiet, free mini-bar (no free alcohol though!) and a very welcome packet of crisps! Also a coffee making machine / hairdryer etc. It was a very straightforward 15 minute walk from the town square (on a quiet road). Art deco style in the foyer/entrance area but rooms were just really nicely decorated. We didn't have breakfast as wanted to explore and find somewhere in the town. Really couldn't fault the hotel and we are seasoned travellers!

Very well designed, high quality hotel, with comfortable beds and great breakfast.proximity to the cuty centre was good and the underground parking very welcome. Everything was perfect except for a broken shower attachment.

First of all we had some difficulties finding this hotel as it is tucked away on a side street. The staff were friendly and accomodating. We were surprised to find that most of the staff spoke better English than our French, and switched over to English once they found out we were visiting from Western Canada. The hotel was very quiet as we were visiting in the off season. The breakfast was excellent - they had several sittings as this hotel is quite obviously very popular for business people. The room was small but very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and stayed there on last night in France as well! Night staff was very helpful with our very early check-out time, Overall we were quite please with our stay, although sad when we found out they didn't have a gym as advertized.
