I enjoy this hotel, the employees are very kind and extremely helpful but most of all, I love their spa. The spa menu is very reasonably priced. I hear that the spa may be being closed by the hotel. I would double check with the hotel if this is so before booking.
"Modern decor good service"
I stayed for three nights. The room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of hot and cold food, fresh fruit and an omelette chef will cook your omelette with a choice of fillings. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very near the domestic airport.
"Down home... Deep South"
I have spent many nights at the Pullman... And each time I enter the property, it's like coming home... The bellhops smiling, the front desk welcoming, housekeeping generous - the atmosphere relaxing.... Staff members Herve and Cassio are two exceptional employees at the Pullman that always manage to bring that "extra" warmness and caring to each visit I have... They make the long journey from the U.S. to S. America worth the distance... Herve is always "on point"! He is professional, extremely knowledgeable and humorous.. Easy with a conversation and a laugh. And when a relaxing cocktail is necessary, Cassio brings it along with his brilliant smile! He never disappoints... The Pullman Ibirapuera is not the most centrally located but it does have a great neighborhood feel and it's a 10min walk to Sao Paulo's answer to Central Park! The staff at the Pullman are lovely and so is the hotel :)
This is my 2nd trip to São Paulo and my 2nd stay at the Pullman. One of the best hotels I've had the opportunity to enjoy. I travel internationally for business most of the year and have rarely experienced this level of service and friendliness from the staff. Highly recommended!
"I recommend this hotel since you meet the right person at front desk"
It was my second stay in a month. This second time I had a disappointment that I will explain in the end of this review. I will start saying about the good things you will find in this property. Rooms are neat and bathrooms clean. Breakfast buffet is very good and has a variety for any taste or diet. Lunch buffet is also a good choice. At night, the restaurant/bar offers international menu and nice music. The waiters Leonardo, Celia, Andrea and Lucilene will do their best for you. Gym is very spacious and I really enjoyed it. My special thanks to Sharon who carefully prepared an ice pack to relief my recent medical procedure. Another special thanks to Rafael Costa who took care of my late check out request ( from 12:00 to 15:00 only) that was first denied in a rude manner for a lady at the front desk - she wanted me to change room if I wanted to stay for 3 hours more. I explained her that I had a breast biopsy and I needed to rest a little bit before going to the airport...but she was not in any way sensible to my condition. The hotel was not busy. I could pay extra, no problem at all...I just did not want to move to another room because of my medical condition and for a few hours. And then she said the rate would not allow late check out. She did not show any effort to find a solution...Although my husband is a Le Club loyalty program member. She was rude and expressed herself as if she was dealing with a machine. Then I called again the Front Desk and told about it to Rafael Costa who gently allowed me to stay until 15:00.
