This was a nice hotel but way overpriced! The customer service wasn't that great, I called for info on the airport shuttle service and didn't get all the info I was looking for. The person answering the phone didn't listen to my questions and ended up hanging up on me! I did get the shuttle after waiting a half hour and then arrived at the hotel with my family. We booked a room with a king size bed and cot for my son but there was no cot and we had to call the service desk twice to get an extra blanket and pillow for my son. We had dinner in the restaurant and for three of us it cost over $100 which I thought was too much for a burger and two steak dinners. Overall it was ok but lacked in service for a 5 star hotel.
"Unfriendly Front Desk Manners"
I haven't even arrived yet and the Customer Service is terrible. As a preclude to my vacation trip, I will mentally prepare myself to not let them spoil it. I simply called the front desk to ask 2 easy question I could not find answers to online and the manner in which I was spoken to was harsh and very unfriendly. Unfortunately the stay has been prepaid using hotwire by the group I am travelling with or I would without a doubt go to another hotel in the area where I have had previous exceptional experiences (candlewood suites).
"Pullman redeems itself!"
We decided to give the Pullman a second chance after having an unhappy experience there at Thanksgiving. I'm glad we did! All the previous problems have been corrected, the stay was enjoyable, peaceful and restful especially since we flew all day from Barcelona. It was a very soft landing after a very long, tiresome day of traveling. The staff was very welcoming, the room and view from was super and as usual the breakfast next morning was wonderful. No complaints! Great job guys!
This is my first trip as a Pullman hotel and had my reservation since they had changed the Sofitel flag!! I was wrong loved the hotel. The hotel is outdated but well maintained, still same relaxed atmosphere! Bar renovated and some new faces, had a tiny hiccup at check in and the manager of housekeeping belkys and another wonderful lady Diaraly I think came to my room and turn my experience around. Great assets to this hotel, a young at the front can't remember her name was very accommodating as well. Can't wait to come back. Keep it up Pullman!!!
Awesome service, extremely accomodating and kind staff, and not to mention the neatness,comfort, beauty and cleanliness of the room and hotel overall. My husband Luis and I are so thankful for Keren. We had originally booked the stay through a Hotwire Deal, which we didn't realize had a check in time of 3:00 PM, and we arrived at the Airport around 1 AM. She was such a sweetheart and very attuned to our needs, she went out of her way to let us check in earlier, at no extra charge. Everything was perfect! Thank You Keren and the wonderful Pullman Staff!! We'll be definetly coming back! :)
