"Fantastic hotel highly recommended "
David at reception greeted us and I have to say, was excellent. His English was very good, he knew the places to go and advised us well. The hotel was really nice and clean, the beds comfortable and rooms air conditioned. This was a really lucky find and a great visit. Many thanks for sharing your city with us
"Perfect for short city break!"
Stayed here for 3 nights in Jan 2017. Could not fault the room, hotel or staff at all. Everybody was friendly and willing to offer advice on where to go and what to see. The room was lovely and big with an extremely comfy bed. Would stay again!] The only fault being that it was a bit far away from the 'city centre' we walked everyday and this was a tad annoying given the snowy conditions.
"Excellent hotel for a short break to Prague!"
We had four nights in the Pure White, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is well located ten minutes walk from the Metro, which whips you into the old town centre quickly and cheaply. No crowds, on the Metro at least! There's a lift to your room. Reception are friendly, efficient and very helpful with plenty of suggestions as to how to spend our days. A change of pillow type arrived promptly and with no fuss. The room was clean and comfortable, and had all that you could expect in a budget hotel. Decor was a bit weird and 'modern' but that all added to the fun! It was quiet and we slept well. Breakfast - a buffet - was adequate - you have to choose carefully - but we were perfectly happy with what we had. I'd certainly recommend this hotel for short break type visits to Prague.
"Comfortable and helpful - a decent base for Prague"
Pure White was a good choice for our 2-night city-break. It is clean, comfortable, secure and efficient. The staff are helpful (the loan of an umbrella was particularly welcome, given the weather during our stay!), with excellent English, and the location is fine - walkable from the main attractions of the city and only 5 mins from a stop on the slick Metro underground transport system. We were even informed upon arrival that we had been upgraded into a better room on the 5th floor. So why only 4 stars' Partly it's just to flag that a 4-star Prague hotel does not equate to a 4-star London hotel... perhaps that's obvious, but it is worth knowing - this isn't close to luxury, but more a solid Premier Inn type standard (small room, few amenities). Also, it acknowledges one or two shortfalls - the first page of the hotel info pack boasts a pillow and duvet 'menu' offering a choice of thin or thick, double or single etc. When I duly requested a double duvet (we had been given two thin single duvets on our king size bed), I was met with a dubious expression and no new duvet ever appeared. Likewise, much was written about arranging something special for a special occasion, including a 'box of chocolates'. Given it was my wife's birthday, I tried this... to receive a plastic wrapped little pack of 3 Ferrero Rocher chocolates. Nice enough, but not quite as advertised. And the toaster in the breakfast room wasn't working! Minor quibbles, but worth a star off! Still, to summarise; no regrets, lovely people to deal with, a good night's sleep and a fine base for an exploration of Prague.
"Perfect room at such a price & staff was very helpful"
Visited Prague in NOV 2016 & got the executive room for my stay, beautiful room exactly as shown in the pictures. Breakfast was kinda ok for me as I like Asian. Tram station was at 2 mins walk. Hotel staff was very helpful as well.
