"Fabulous hotel in Cannes"
Walking in already the lobby is cool. Furnished Art Deco... modern and fun. The rooms are really nice, size wise and furnishings. Clean , well kept and comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool is amazing, and the views of Cannes and the islands are spectacular . The breakfast is just okay... not a huge Choice on the buffet... if it's not included in your room don't pay extra for it, go elsewhere . Just past the hotel towards Mandelieu you will find lots of restos for a great breakfast. Or even near the market in the old town. We didn't use the spa. Overall a very nice address. I would recommend this hotel.
"Bad organisation and sevice level"
Room 311 actually till Monday 17th April Ok, where to start...After Check In, we got our "Sea-View" Room, looking on some Palms and behind there is some Sea ok, maybe I have a different view on this catagory. Went asap to Reception to change my Room on a Harbour View, what a surprise the first answer was as usual "....we are fully booked...", why you can still book on Hotels web page same room catagory as well as suite etc....it will maybe remain hotels secret. Next morning now I asked again, now the answer is "...it is diffrent Room category and cost 70EUR more per night...." , if they look on their own web site the sea view room promise either sea view habour view. I have no problem if somebody tell me clearly that they won't help me and they don't care about me as guest, but don't treat me as an idiot. Next thing is, everything is "....fullybooked..." No chance to get a table at a restaurant for 4 days....no treatment so far....etc, etc...we stay with our 3yrs old daugther here, so to be ableto go quickly to the restaurant should be not an issue. Pool Access, not for childs told on check in, no information somewhere on the web page. YES, we are there in a high season time (Eastern), but the qualitiy of a Hotel shows up on those times, in a low season everybody can manage this things. Sorry, I'm in this region every year, everytime 5* Hotels, first time I choosed Radisson, but it seems it will be the last time as well....not for Radissonn in gernal, as Member I have there good expirience , but for this one.
"Sea View and Balcony to Die For!"
This is not a cheap hotel, but must be one of the best locations in Cannes, looking out over the sea but close enough to walk to all the amenities in Cannes. Also it is a very short walk from the hotel to the bus stop that goes to the airport, making that trip very easy. The rooftop bar is lovely but you will be paying around double the normal rate for the privilege. We had a great breakfast each morning, but chose to eat at more local restaurants in Old Cannes in the evening than the corporate fare served up here.
"Bats and vampires favourite hotel"
I have been visiting this hotel for years. From its Provencal years to its decline to its rebirth, often changing name and style. Ideally located, close enough from the town centre, far enough from the crowd visiting trade shows at the Palais. The bar at the top of the hotel is very pleasant. There is a spa. All is good...except the rooms. Boring, Tiny. Dark (you can almost touch the wall of the building across the street and you need to keep the light switched on all day long, unbelievable in a hotel by the Mediterranean...) unless you are lucky enough to face the harbour. No equipment in the room. Very disappointing.
We did not stay at the hotel but we did go to the 360 bar for drinks. We arrived in the lobby and there was an over powering smell of fish. We went up to the top floor bar to meet friends for a drink before dinner. We waited over 20 mins from the moment we arrived to the first drink. The waiter was very slow and moody. And the service was very slow. The only savibg grace was the view
