"Nice relaxing weekend break when it rains outside"
Nice hotel, wonderful reception staff, very welcoming, sensitive and able to help when you need or resolve any complaint. My city room was quite small but modern and had a bath, not enough sockets to plug all modern electronic devices. Unfortunately breakfast is not included as standard. Spa at weekend is overcrowded and noisy and massage rooms are separated just with a curtain, so you can't relax when other people walk by and speak.Sauna, hammer and pool are good quality, but I think hotel should limit number of spa visitors during weekend and introduce maximum allowed people even for health&safety reasons. I was surprised to see that price on booking.com is cheaper then booking directly at Club Carlson Radisson Blu website. Guys, why do you prefer people to pay a third party - booking.com'' You only loose money!
" Very nice and very convenient if u go to the palais"
Went there for the mapic at the palais. The hotel combines all what u can expect at a reasonable (for french standards) price. Breakfast is quite nice, staff super polite, rooms nice, fitness and spa well equipped and with decent opening hours. Morning jogging along the beach. 8 minutes walk to go to the palais des expositions. Highly recommended.
This my second stay. A week of business followed by a weekend of leisure. The travel booker had mixed up my room request and as there was a conference taking place in Cannes that week, the hotel was full and getting what I originally requested looked to be a no go. Rafael worked very hard to come up with a solution and I was extremely happy with the outcome! Room 309. (My preferred is 410-high enough to see over the palm trees. Not so high that you hear noise from the rooftop bar/restaurant). Some of the rooms have better decor than others. I like the bathrooms with the slide away walls! The room service options I chose were both lovely. A burger (hard to get wrong but many hotels do), and a mushroom ravioli with an heart attack inducing cream sauce. Delicious! Breakfast buffet was good. Still pricey but it is Cannes. €10 less than the Majestic Barriere! It is the spa that makes it for me so get this included when you book. Thanks to all the staff that helped to make this stay very pleasurable and see you same time next year!
