"Absolut cleanliness "
I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. I am gonna list the pros and cons of the hotel and why I am giving this rate: Pros: 1- big thanks to the front desk, staff for their smile and help. They are so helpful 2- many many many thanks go to the housekeeping service. They even have a night service around 21:00 PM to give you more shampoos and towels. 3- the spa is a very relaxed area and I loved it. 4- the salted water pool is just perfect along with the jacuzzi. Cons: 1- the worst 5 stars breakfast I ever tried. It's like mini things of everything. Don't spend your money on it. 2- the parking costs 40€ per night !! 3- the pillows in rooms are very bad. Uncomfortable . 4- when I was there, the terrace closes at 22 pm !! A person like me, I do care about breakfast and cleanliness. The breakfast disappointed me. However, the later amazed me. You have the choice :-)
"The bar with the best view!"
This roofbar is incredible, the view is stunning and the service is amazing. Very comfortable lounge seats with great design and 360 view over the beach and water. This place is really a must to visit if you are in Cannes!
"Great Location and Views beside the Yacht harbour and old town"
The hotel offers from the Mediterranean Suites a great view over the sea and the harbour. Suite is well equipped and bed is hugh and wonderful comfortable. We had two little balconies. Breakfast is under the week until 10:30 and weekend until 11:00 and offers a good choice of everything. Fresh fruits, cereals, good bread selection, 3 types of cheese and 3 types of charcuterie, wonderful smoked salmon, bacon, sausages and eggs in different versions on request. You can presh your own fresh orange juice or choose on of the big fruit juice selection. The Spa is included to all hotel guest and also open to public. Therefor it is too small and Sauna was overcrowed. Pay attention, that the Spa closes at 20:00. Service was OK, but room could be a bit cleaner. The chambermaids seem not to like to work with the vacuum cleaner. The hotel needs from outside but also from inside some new painting and refreshing. Comparing to similar places the price was to high for what we get.
The location is amazing if a little noisy however the hotel in need of a refurb . Carpet was dated and chipped furniture in the rooms Also staff routinely ignore the do not disturb on the door ! On day 2 we were not given clean towels and when I rang to request them we were told no bath towels or flannels were available !! Also not too sure about the heated loo seat and can't be turned off Untidy pool area also which was a shame Roof terrace gorgeous with non existent service so decided to drink elsewhere As I said disappointing as Cannes is lovely and the hotel is lovely in all the on show areas , the rooms and spa area need some attention
"Weekend in Cannes"
The hotel is nicely located un the harbor of Cannes, just 5 minutes walk from everthibg to enjoy like the old town, le Croisette and more. A friendly service oriented staff that does the parking as a service. Expensive but nice and easy. Breakfast was very good, best in Cannes. We got a really small but nice room witha great view. Bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom, well equipped with the hottest toilet seat in Cannes. The Rhalasso spa center is very nice and is really wirth along visit. When ordeting an exclusive room package, the spa is included. The bar in the top(7.th floor) is just great. Service, drinks, sushi was exactly what we wanted. The restaurant next to the bar has the best view in Cannes!! We will try that tomorrow.
