"Can't fault it"
Exceptional value for money, an incredibly nice hotel, in a very good location, pleasant staff, very accommodating... can't think of a reason to go anywhere else. Even the wifi worked perfectly!! Very impressed.
"Good value, comfortable, friendly."
Back to my regular radisson Blu in the centre of Warsaw. It's my preferred hotel in this city, where I come for business. I think it's one of the best here, definitely best value for money. Rooms are good, not 5 star, but always comfortable. The staff make the difference. They are more friendly and willing to help than other hotels in town. And the wifi is free :-) Breakfast is good, just avoid the coach parties time if they are in the hotel. I'll be back...
"A very reliable hotel"
The Radisson in Warsaw is well placed for everything in the city. Our room was very well designed and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and the breakfasts were superb. The price was extremely reasonable. We loved it.
"Superb hotel for city break"
Firstly, this is a very decent four star hotel, NOT 5 star in the traditional luxury standard. No fussy door men or snobby staff but a very, very good four star by UK standards. Good degree of luxury and comfort whilst being warm, open, friendly… with a great location. It caters for a good mix of business and leisure travellers, I stayed here for four nights with my wife and has a Scandinavian room on the second floor. This was very well equipped, large, light and airy – the underfloor heating in the bathroom is a dream. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and anything we wanted was delivered – extra water, slippers, bedding, even an extra hour beyond checkout was no problem. Well equipped room, phones (x3), ironing board, trouser press, desk, plenty of power plugs, mirrors, a/c, lots of storage, superking size bed, two shower heads plus bath. The Buffett breakfast was amongst the best I have ever had – similar to any higher end hotels with the most amazing selection of breads, pasties and cheeses through to hot items, fruits, cereals and eggs prepared to order. The spa is very well equipped, but take a plastic bag for your wet trunks or costume, they don’t have a ’spinner’ to dry kit. We had a very restful break, could walk to the Old Town in 15 mins and managed to avoid the coach-loads of noisy tourists that we saw hanging around the nearby Intercontinental. The Cultural Tower is at the end of the street and the staff were very helpful in helping us order theatre tickets and cabs etc.
All was perfect, associates were friendly and kind, gym was great; clean, enough materials and space, rooms were nice; all facilities were present and, very important it was clean. Breakfast was superb; fresh, healthy! Will stay there again if I visit Warsaw !
