"Another happy stay"
I've stayed at the hotel many times and I'm always happy to return. The rooms are very nice and are good value for money, the staff know me and I always get a warm welcome. I will be staying again in the future.
"Radisson Blu Centrum hoter Warsaw"
A very nice hotel. Comfortable rooms. Reception staff always generous and helpful There is a pool, sauna and spa (I didn't use it so can't say anything about it) The location is very convenient. Main street to old city 2 bus stations (about 10 min. walk) Bus station nearby to the hotel and tram stations over the corner. One evening we ate at the hotel's restaurant. Pleasant atmosphere and very good service. The Salmon fish was excellent. There are many restaurants in the old city, worth to check another one each day. There are always free cars on the front of the hotel. Very convenient, but to go back to airport, I asked the reception to order us a taxi from the taxi station – it is cheaper (I got this tip from a friend and he was right :) )
"Comfortable and relaxing"
Had a nice 3 night stay here. A lot nicer inside than the outside would suggest. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. TV didn't have much of a selection with English language but was able to plug in my hard disk to play my own stuff. Bar was nice, though small, and was very busy. Food was good too. Had to wait over hour for room-service as they missed my room number. Was to get it free but ended up on bill. Not upset as I ate it anyways. Staff were nice and friendly. Gym is nice and clean, plenty to work with. Didn't get to pool.
"Great Hotel to stay"
This is truly an excellent hotel and very conveniently placed to see all in central Warsaw. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The hotel has great facilities and the staff really helpful 24 hours of the day. I stayed on business and it really ticked all the boxes. High speed internet, taxis waiting outside the lobby (which are very cheap in Poland). Food is just fantastic, but better to eat out in the old town, where there is plenty of choice. All in all, this has been one of the best hotels I have found in Warsaw for the budget. Well worth you booking and seeing for yourself. If there was a negative - then the road noise was a bit on the high side, but this was right in the city centre.
"If Not for the Top Reception Team, a Lost Hotel"
I could go into the whys and the hows and whats but it will suffice to say that neither the supervisor, nor the General Manager thought it was important to come speak to us when we had problems. It was strange becasue they were both 5 feet from us behind a wall...the reception gentlemen kept peeking around the corner asking for answers to our questions. This shows a pure lack of will to satisfy the guest, I find it insulting that they could not even stand up and say hello, take a look at our problem or at least come out and say you are busy and someone else will help. We got beds that were SMALLER than a twin bed, at 1,93M and 115 Kilogram, I literally did not fit and this was what I got in a Business Room with the Gold Carlson Club Card...it was a real difficult task to get things takes care of, it should not be this way. In the end it is a business hotel and it will suffice for that reason, one extra plus is the breakfast buffet is one of the most comprehensive I have ever experienced...unfortunately they cannot make a coffee to save their life! The Reception team is competent, fast, friendly and really seem to care personally for making the guest happy, my kudos to them all for an excellent job, especially the Gentleman who helped us so much, I believe his name is Pawel, not so sure!
