Recently stayed at this Radison Blu for 2 weeks on a business trip and it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast buffet was delicious! The gym is first class and definitely the best I've experienced at a hotel. The location is great - walking distance to Old Town and also to the shopping mall, but also plenty taxis available outside if need be. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
"I just turned Radisson Fan"
By God, when you travel a lot, just how much can you appreciate when a hotel has - a bed that you feel right at home in - PROPER pillows that "fluff" like your granny's - PROPER, thick, lovely duvets instead of horrid horse-blankets with a thin sheet between your body and IT, wondering all night about "OK that the sheet is clean, but do they really wash the horse-blankets each time, too''" - PROPER coat-hangers, WITH the hook, trusting you not to so desperately need one for home that you take it from a 100+ EUR hotel room in your hand luggage - AND thus giving you a chance to hang your creased garments in the shower overnight -PROPER coffee machine AS WELL as a kettle ( Nespresso, sadly sine George...) -IRON and board -free internet -breakfast where you find literally EVERYTHING on the table, nut just the local, not just the English, not just the Continental...but really truly a CHOICE. -breakfast staff who comes to your table with coffee immediately as you sat down, and not when you are already half way through I forgive that it is not in the Centrum - as its name suggests, and I forgive the forgettable interior decoration with the 80's coloured glassy-thingy.. I love this place. I love Radisson. I am a fan, done, dusted. Historic 'old town' centre of Warsaw can be reached by taxi in 5 minutes from here, for 15 PLN.
"Bed is amazing!!!!!"
Loved Warsaw and the radisson blu centrum hotel was a great example of a "home from home" feel. Lovely having the choice of a smoking or non-smoking room (not something we get the pleasure of opting for in this day of age). Bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in in a hotel!!! Big, ample pillows, clean and insuring of a fantastic night sleep!!!!!! Breakfast was pleasant enough, as far as buffets go. Although, the guy freshly preparing the eggs/omelettes could have at least smiled or made some form of conversation.... He certainly seemed like he didn't want to be there and it did make us feel uneasy, we didn't even bother getting eggs the next morning (we stayed 2 nights) as we simply felt too uncomfortable!!! Also, it was hard to locate coffee and generally the breakfast staff seemed to be unwilling to help, although the lady greeting us on our way in, did so in a professional and cheery manner. Just a shame the rest of the staff didn't follow suit. No milk in rooms, just coffee creamer. Also, mini bar was locked but having looked at the price list this was probably a good thing! Location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again :)
Stayed on the 20st floor.Great views across the city, the staff were fine,Location is cool and it is worthy to have this kinda experience.Price of food is also reasonable, overall very nice and quick service.
Staying here made me feel like my life is working out darned nicely. The standard room (didn't go for the business-class upsell) was quite spacious, very quiet, smelled pleasant. The gym is extensive and should satisfy anyone short of an Olympian. Though the pool might be small for a devoted swimmer. There's a steam room as well as a sauna, which was a treat. I got a good deal on the breakfast (around $7) and that was money very well spent. The wifi worked perfectly. My only small beef was that the minibar is one of those where you can't move items around lest you get charged, making snack storage difficult.
