"Neet to improve the service quality"
I stayed 4 nights in June 2015 for a business trip. The bed was rickety, TV was out of order 2 out of 4 days. One day that I was in the elevator stop suddenly and panic created. The breakfast was average (sweet croissants cold..looked just defrozen) for my personal taste although it had a kind of variety. Reception very helpful and the Hotel Director understood my complaints and promised to improve !!
"A good business hotel"
Recently I satyed at this hotel, the hotel is very clean and comfortable and in a fairly central location. Staff are excellent and very friendly. Breakfast is good and has what you need to get you started for the day. Main restaraunt food is excellant but found the restaraunt itself to be a little dark would have prefferred a brighter and more modern place. That said food and staff are both very good. Bar is good with good service. Room always clean and staff efficient and friendly a good hotel for the price if you get the offer of the upgrade take it for the small difference in price the room is definitely woth it.
"Business class rooms were value for money"
Very spacious & clean rooms with very nice extra offers on the business class rooms. Excellent breakfast options and on demand services. Very good central location & friendly staff. All i all, great value for money.
"A civilized, luxurious refuge in the center."
We arrived in Warsaw at about 4:30 am after a 14 hour 'bus trip from hell' coming out of Western Ukraine. No AC, 100 degrees farenheit inside, bumpy roads, two hours in customs. You get the picture. We were exhausted. I'd placed a request for an early check in but not THAT early! The rooms were not yet ready so, for a small fee, we were upgraded to a business class luxury suite. We didn't debate the upgrade fee. We took the room, rode the elevator up then we all promptly collapsed onto the beds in our luxurious suite. With the suite's cost came two breakfasts at the buffet that morning. Extremely delicious and varied. The rooms have coffee makers, tea, and mini bars. Our business suite had two bathrooms with a spacious sitting area with a couch, table, chairs, bar, high speed PC links, coffee maker and more. This area is separated from the sleeping area by massive sliding doors. Then there is another palatial bathroom with a separate tub and shower as well as two basins and much more. Attention to detail and cleanliness is given throughout the rooms. We had another standard room reserved and it was of equal quality. The staff were universally eager to please, friendly, efficient and pleasant. Room service was quick and tasty. All in all, we wished that we could have stayed on a few more days but out flight was departing at 6:30 the next morning. To get to the airport we reserved the Radisson's own van. Although the cost was 100 zlotys (about $25) we had the entire van to ourselves, it was clean and comfortable and prompt. I think a cab would have cost us 70-80 zlotys but we were travelling with a lot of baggage and a wheelchair so it was our best option. Thank you, Radisson Blu staff for extending such kind hospitality!
