"I stay here every time I'm in Warsaw"
I just love this place. I stay here 1 week per month (since March), so to me it's like home away from home. The whole hotel spotless clean, the rooms are spacious and have a lot of natural light (no huge building blocking the view). The breakfast buffet is really good and fresh, I'm sure that one could find something great to eat even if one is on a special diet. Another thing that I love about this hotel is the spa area that I visit everyday to relax and recharge my batteries after a hard day at work. To be fare, there is one thing that they should improve: the Wi-Fi connection that is really good but that gets disconnected although it appears ok. If you're expecting to receive something important/ urgent via e-mail (for example), make sure to check your connection from time to time, you never know when it goes down.
Stayed one night wanting to be close-ish to the train station. As would be expected from this hotel chain the rooms and facilities were excellent. Good location. Staff were fine. Only detail I didnt like was bar / reception area which is small and uninviting.
we stayed for 4,nights in standard double.very noisy and were woken three times. When reported, twice, reception staff were most unhelpful, and the following morning, having had the room checked by an engineer,we were informed it was because a member of staff was staying above us with two children. We were offered a move to a business class room. Up one floor, twenty five metres from the lift, the safe did not work and the room was not fully kitted. Offered another change but declined. Reception and bar area alike a bus station. Very busy for conferences and tour buses all who swamp the reception area. I would not recommend this hotel for couples or small friendly groups. The location is fery convenient for the Old City etc. and the Breakfast experience is very good. I wrote a personal letter to the Manager two days prior to leaving and received no response. We travel very often and always use 4/5 star hotels. We will never use Radisson again. The pool area Is also open to outsiders and equally gets very busy
I stayed a few days for a conference and everything was according to my expectations: nice room, clean, all amenities, prompt service. The reception was helpful and with a smile have me a late check out at 1 PM. The breakfast is plentiful and of good quality. However, there is a desk where a young cook prepares eggs according to taste. On busy days they should have two or cancel the service. Saturday 9 May 2015 I ordered an omelette with only two ingredients ham and cheese. after 3 attempts to get it, finally after 17 minutes of waiting I refused to receive it as I have to rush for a meeting. The restaurant is good and the conference lunch was first rate.
"Great Hotel, Great Location"
Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with my wife. It is ideally situated just a 10 minute walk from the Old Town,in one direction and shopping in the other in the beautiful city of Warsaw. The hotel itself is big, about 10 floors high. The rooms are spacious and spotless. Check in was smooth and all the staff were extremely efficient and friendly. Also breakfast was very tasty and well presented. Tried the bar food one day and it was nice and quite reasonable. The hotel seems to cater for conferences there seemded to be two conferences on while we were there, but it didnt impinge on our stay in any way. Overall excellent hotel and highly recomended if visiting Warsaw.
