"Excellent hotel, excellent breakfast, very good conference venue"
Certainly worth the money. Would 100% go again when visiting frankfurt (if budget allows)! Make sure when in frankfurt to dine in the main tower (best place a reservation). Also you should go to the old city center. There's also a red light district if you're curious...

"Theoretically nice hotel- disgraceful service- life threatening"
After check in I immediately noticed the pillows in my room were stuffed with feathers - I pay attention to such things as I'm seriously allergic to feathers, but in most hotels it's not a problem as they immediately offer to exchange the pillows/ duvets etc. to hypoallergenic ones. Sadly, this was not the case this time. - Attempt number 1: I discovered the pillows were with feathers, came to reception & asked if I could have hypoallergenic ones and the staff informed me there was a spare pillow in the wardrobe in the room which was hypoallergenic and that I should just use that one and that they'd immediately remove the feathery pillow from my room. As I was going out for dinner, I agreed. Upon coming back to my room a few hours later I discovered that NOTHING has been done- the pillows I'm allergic to were still on the bed. I also noticed there was no spare hypoallerghenic pillow like they claimed.... - Attempt number 2) I go to reception again and ask them about that. This time they give me 2 hypoallergenic pillows straight away. I ask about the duvet- they assure me it's a 100% hypoallergenic and I have no reason not to believe them- my mistake. I also ask them to remove the pillows I'm allergic to from the room- my allergy is quite severe, so them being in the same room is not great for me, to say the least. That never happens. I fall asleep, wake up at dawn, swollen, sneezing and with fever. I check the duvet- the label says '30% Feder' which I'm pretty sure means 'feather' in German...and that was after the staff assured me it was hypoallergenic. I was there on business- midway through the day I had to go back to- paradoxically- the same room that made me feel that way as I was feeling ill and sick. - Attempt number 3: I tell them about the duvet, decide on using a blanket instead and ask once again for the feathery things to be removed from my room. The guy at the desk makes notes with a serious face, I have hope. Guess what' Nothing happened. I was there for 5 days- they NEVER removed the pillows nor the duvet despite me asking them several times and me placing them on the floor by the door. I don't suppose the staff realise the gravity of this- what if next time somebody with a similar problems goes into an anaphylactic shock and dies because of your inefficiency and complete ignorance' Also, I could sue you for putting my life in danger. I absolutely hated every second at this hotel and have never experienced service so bad.

Radisson Blu Frankfurt in always a favourite for us to visit during our business journeys in and around Germany! The hotel is modern, rooms are well decorated and the breakfast is fit for a king! The staff are exceptional and would to specially single out Ms. Korolina Pawlikowska at the front desk - always smiling and welcoming, makes it a great impression when we check in. We look forward to coming back and enjoying this great property!
"Quality business hotel"
My recent stay here was more than fine. The room was very clean and tidy. My room was ready early (thank you soooo much!) and my room service breakfast was fresh, delivered on time and hit the spot. The hotel was not luxurious but a good business type hotel. I needed an adaptor and they graciously provided one. I walked to the messe conference center but it was about one mile away.
