"Good stay near CDG"
Stayed 25/7 & 26/7/2016 we had an early check out from Ibis, well attended on early arrival & gave a late check out on 26/7 for a 2 rooms for an extra amount since we had a late night flight; thanks to Ali & the front office manager good & efficient staff, good breakfast, decent interconnected rooms for family stay
"Good and Economical"
It was a good and economical hotel. There were shuttles at regular interval from the hotel to Disneyland. You need to inform the reception in advance to use the shuttle. The breakfast buffet was also quite lavish.
"Good Hotel Offbeat"
Hotel is slightly out of the way from Airport and other restaurants. Rooms are nice , clean and adequate. There is a pay parking in front of the hotel. Breakfast is normal but nothing special. Staff are friendly and helpful
"Worst stay ever"
I waited to write this review to give my daughter time to get a refund for erroneous hotel billing. I'm not sure if she ever received the refund, but 5 months have passed since our stay. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong. We reserved 2 rooms: one large room to sleep 3 adults (my husband, my son, and myself) and a second room for my daughter and granddaughter. We expected to see a cot or rollaway bed in our room, but there were none. Instead, there was a queen size bed with a hard wooden section attached to the mattress that was impossible to sleep on. Since we arrived so late in the evening and needed to check out early for a flight out, we decided to just shower and catch a quick nap before leaving. The bathroom shower was horrible. Water sprayed everywhere because the glass barrier was too narrow. When we went to the lobby to check out, there was no one at the desk so I waited for the rest of my party in a sunken area of the lobby. My husband tripped and fell down the stairs to the sunken area, but there were no staff in the lobby to check on him. After 5 or 10 minutes, a clerk appeared, and I notified him of the fall. We found the night staff to be condescending and extremely lax in their duties. Also, this hotel is very hard to find at night, and the uber driver got lost. The ONLY nice thing I can say about this hotel is the lobby area is very attractive.
"I hate to be negative but...."
First, let me say there are two things I enjoyed at this hotel. First, the staff. They could not have been more helpful and truly kind people. They could not help that their manager ran this hotel like an 80s nightmare. Secondly, the food. The restaurant was wonderful and the food sensational. Also the breakfast buffet was superb. That being said, this hotel needs an upgrade from the first floor up. It would take years. I was moved twice so I could get a room with air-conditioning. And you can forget getting wifi in your room. Not going to happen. You have to sit in the lobby to get any kind of internet. The carpeting is old and dirty and smells. The rooms smell moldy. The bed was comfy but nothing in the shower worked except the on and off. The TV could only get a few french channels and an Italian channel. That wouldn't have offended me but I had just stayed at another hotel a few days before and they got EVERY channel from England, Germany and CNN. So. Sorry to be so negative. You can do better than this hotel anyway.
