"Mainly non English speaking staff"
For a 5 star Radisson hotel I expected a lot better than this. Compare this with f.ex Shangri-La, and you have two different worlds. Most of the staff doesnt speak or understand English, so whatever you wonder you have to figure out yourself. The breakfast selection is targeting Chinese guests so for western preferences the breakfast is really not good. The hotel manager spoke good English and was very helpful. Rooms are ok. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom ok, even though the shower didnt exactly look new or clean.
"Good business hotel"
Really convenient business hotel. Massive rooms with big bathroom. This hotel is also suitable for a bit longer stay as you have your own living room separate from your bedroom. Convenient bar which lacks a bit of speedy service but further ok. Con is the breakfast. Always very crowded and not enough space for everybody to sit. Option is to book the executive floor where you will have a special breakfast floor which you can catch up on emails or have your first business meeting.

Aside from being aesthetically 5 star material, everything else was a huge letdown. The main issue was probably language. Radisson is an international chain and in comparison to many hotels at the bund area, this chain definitely does not meet standards. If you don't speak chinese, they give up the effort to attempt a 5 star service which is disappointing for Radisson - afterall they even proudly put out guest satisfaction guarantee signs everywhere. Room had no heating during cold November - their reason was that the management hadn't turned on and no further effort was made to make us more comfortable. Had 2 sick bugs in my family and they had to endure the cold room situation even though extra blankets were given. This part mostly bothered us. Room service came without cutlery'' Called guest services and took so long trying to explain because they couldn't understand English. The worst part was when i asked for someone who can speak English, the reply was they don't speak English.. Housekeeper locked the minibar and told me she is just doing her job when I asked her why. At this point i was already not bothered to try and call guest services. Many other things that definitely was not given much effort. Mind you, throughout our entire 10 days stay we have never complained or tried to be difficult to get our way. But for sure the experience needed a review here.
"Good weekend stay for family"
All we need is a swimming pool and a bathtub for my little girl to get crazy. We enjoyed the weekend in this hotel with a good price. The seafood buffet on the first floor at weekends was nice ,too. Highly recommended!

This time the experience is very good，This is a place in a quiet street good nice little hotel. Our room is very clean, the bed have a good bed sheets. Worldwide, in the continental breakfast was amazing good choices and nice food. Staff is very friendly, I feel everything to live well
