"Worth Every Penny"
Travelled to Ireland for the first time and stayed in this beautiful hotel. Staff were excellent and arranged an early check in after a very long journey. Breakfast was great, rooms were comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Dublin!
"Top class hotel "
We have spent five fabulous nights at the Radisson. The beds are as soft as clouds and the breakfast -buffet style caters for all tastes. The professionalism of all the staff is second to none, their friendliness is genuine. Stand out staff member was Rabin who made our late check in a very welcoming experience and he made the effort to remember our names and catch up with us in the evening to see how our day went. We look forward to a return visit.
"Friendly service, beautiful gardens"
The Radisson Blu is a grand old lady. The gardens are majestic and wonderful to stroll in. The rooms are comfortable. Service at the hotel was friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that the quality of our meals at the various hotel restaurants could have been better.
Staying in the Hickory suite which is lovely and spacious on the 3rd floor. Staff are top class. Quiet hotel to relax and amazingly large comfy bed. Nacho's and Guiness ordered to the room at 11pm which was yummy and arrived very fast. Free parking right outside.
Visited Dublin for a concert with my parents and received a wonderful welcome from all of the wonderful staff at the Radisson Blu St. Helen's - from Marion in reservations to Ashley at reception and everyone else we met, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. As my father needed wheelchair access, we were facilitated in every way - access is really easy with underground parking & lift and a good sized room; we were accommodated on the first floor which was on the same level as the Italian restaurant where we had a delicious meal in the garden room - here again coeliac dietary needs were catered for as much as possible. Breakfast next morning was served in the same dining area and had a wonderful and complete range of choices (only minus was water was not boiled for tea but extra boiling water was brought straight away on request). Some have criticised decor as being old fashioned but it fits with the beautiful 1800's architecture and didn't impede on any modern comforts. Lovely hotel with great character and beautiful gardens - highly recommended. Excellent experience throughout where we were all made to feel very much at home.
