"More "cool" than "comfortable"."
Very cool and hip and funky - unfortunately, for the most part that just made my stay a little bit more awkward and inconvenient than it would have been in a traditional hotel. You get the sense that everything is done more for a photoshoot than to make things better for customers.
"Unique hotel = Unique experience"
Very conveniently located (right next to bus and subway stations for great access to a very efficient Brussels public transport system). The hotel and rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious bathroom and fantastic service especially in the restaurant. Breakfast is not the usual hotel buffet but nevertheless a big variety of dishes was on offer. The way this hotel is designed is really unique. I stayed here for 7 days on business and was genuinely impressed! Will be back for sure for my next trip to Brussels.
"modern quiet and friendly staff"
The staff is very friendly and made the check in quick. The room was great , modern with huge lcd tv and a very modern wc with a walking shower. The room has iron hair dryer and the toiletries are really good
"Good hotel and excellent staff"
Comfortable and large room, tasty food, friendly staff... Modern hotel close to the European Parliament and 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Ideal for younger people. Definitely a reccomendation for a hotel in Brussels!
"Interesting room, but breakfast please common"
This hotel was booked through our offices where I work. I did not have any influence on pick up. I confirmed it as I was quite satisfied with the previous Radisson stays. But until now I stayed in Radisson Blu. Check in was a bit funny as they don’t have classic reception desk but rather few computers at a side so I thought the reception ladies are people who are in a cyber cafee. Ok, it is a bit different, modern approach, I don’t mind at all. Check in was swift and I already got a room one hour before official check in time. Room was large and I like it. I like the decorations and furniture as it is modern. Room looked very youthful and I had a pleasant stay in it. I also had an interesting view directly to the EU parliamentary hall. If you want to catch your favourite parliamentarian that is a side to pick :). Room was vey clean, there is also very large LED TV on the wall. I guess largest I saw in any hotel room, it is at least 55”. Bathroom was large and I like the shower type they have installed there. Internet was provided free of charge and very simple to connect so I was able to make work in the room. What I did not liked about the hotel is breakfast. It is totally confusing and not clear how it is made, what can you take, what can you order and what is included in the price when you have room with breakfast. Most of the things you need to order at the counter and they put the things in the oven or microwave to make it hot. You can not pure yourself a juice but you need to order it. I saw that at the end. Breafast is of very limited varieties and it is very confusingly organized. Maybe some hipsters would understand more how it works. I was also surprised how people are making a spectacle from fried eggs and bacon. Taking pictures for 10 minutes so their dish is cold at the end. Oh ya :), not my problem though so I will not say more. Anyway for a good stay and to stay relatively close to the European institution this is a place to sleep over.
