"Stop over on way to austria"
Very comfortable hotel very modern hotel runs large shower over bath best of both but for me find difficult climbing into bath, no tea making facilities, but room service available. Breakfast was delicious cater for every one hot English food also continental fresh breads and pastries
"value for money"
This hotel is an ideal business hotel. For people like me arriving late evening from Airport and dashing off at early morning -this one delivers. Good breakfast with enthusiastic staff, rooms offering basic good standard. TV could be improved as some rooms are sometimes restricted to one channel (BBC)
"OK hotel at good price"
Typical business hotel in a part of Brussels that is not blessed with lots of other hotel choices. Frequented by many tourist groups, i had it happened that some of them seemed to cook in their room rather than visit the hotel restaurant. Without car, the hotel is almost impossible to get to unless you take a taxi (or know your way around the Brussels bus system and are lucky enough that they're actually coming). Rooms are small but overall clean, but bathrooms are VERY dark. Rooms are basic, no iron, no blow-dryer, no conditioner, no washcloth. Airconditioning is necessary and quite loud. All else is there. Many rooms are very loud as they face the highway, and you cannot open the windows (neither would you want to). Ok for a night if you need to travel on a budget, but not a place to relax. Breakfast is ok but overpriced, i would not take it unless it's included in the rate.
2 night stay on business. Rooms are very basic. No iron which I hate!! Who wants to go to an ironing room after a long day of meetings'! Thermostat very difficult to get right. Bedding very thin. Just had breakfast here. If on business you feel like you are 2nd class and shoved to the back of the restaurant. Very strange. Scrambled eggs were just gross honestly. Very little choice if you were looking for a healthy hot option. Lots of improvements to be made.
"Ramada Brussels woluve"
Following a Hk WingOn tour to Brussels n stop in this hotel for a night, booked for 3 beds n paid full price, however, when we arrive, only 2 beds in our room, had to switch for a smaller room n 3 of us squeeze together in a tiny box room. Terrible. Then the next morning, we suppose to hv buffet breakfast, with no directions from the staffs, we get in n start taking our food from a buffet counter, after we begin to sit down, the manager of the brevage snap our food n took it away....then angrily tells us that the food belongs to VIPs, we should take our food from the next counter, then he put it back to the containers where we got the food from the 'VIPs'..., we felt it's so dirty as we already took the food, as well we r paying customers as well, don't need to be so rude, I wonder they had any training''......horrible hotel n terrible rude services..... to compare with Australia's motel, this is only 2 stars I can mostly agree.
