Located 15-20 min from city centre (better by the underground during traffic) on a main road. Very nice hotel with excellent gym and nice swimming pool. Rooms are nice modern and clean. Breakfast is good and service very friendly.
"a good standard business hotel at high price "
if you don't know Moscow , you will not be surprized as this property looks like the ones you will find everywhere over the world. grossly overpriced though but it is maybe the same for every hotel in moscow. food also is through the roof and you better dine lunch and breakfast at nearby restaurants .standard room is quite small , small tv , no separate toilet and short on amenity kit( no toothbrush and only 1 bottle of mineral watter per day ) when you pay 200 euro the night you may expect more.Friendly staff .
"Absolutely worth to stay "
We had a pleasant stay. Its location was perfect, the breakfast was great and room service was acceptable. We also enjoyed the view of the room. The shopping center adjacent to the hotel made our experience even more convenient.
"Good when you are on a business travel"
Stayed there one night. Pick up service from the airport - very high priced. Service excellent. Wifi very good. Interior, all you need as a business traveler. Always one around that speaks English and can support.
"Should be a five-star"
I recommend this hotel and would certainly stay again in hope that they earn a five. The lounge is superb and the staff friendly. The third day of my stay I met the manager in the elevator and he was happy to hear my good impression of the place.Though not downtown, it's close to a subway and perhaps four stops from the city center. Two things stood in the way of a five-star review: 1. One night I was about to get in bed when I noticed what looked to be a spot on the fitted sheet. Upon closer inspection, it was a blood spot on the mattress cover under the fitted sheet. Noting the physical impossibility that I had caused it, it was a bit gross. The front desk attended to it right away, but still--yuck! 2. Early in my stay I asked the front desk if I could charge items from the souvenir shop to my room so I can earn Marriott Rewards points. Having had their assurance this was possible, I waited until my last day until picking up items and only then learned the staff gave me bad information (and then I had no time to get better deals elsewhere). While it wasn't a huge deal, it showed the staff didn't know some basic hotel policies. Then when I went to charge the items their credit card reader didn't work, which then meant I had to use an ATM and pay all sorts of ATM fees to get cash for the items. The last two days was one thing after another. The MTS cellular connection in this areas is quite bad and I could not dial out--hopefully the hotel can make MTS aware. If you walk just up the street calling works fine. In any case, I hope for better luck on future visits.
