"Excellent location with very good service"
I have visited the Renaissance SP several times in the last 15 years both for business and pleasure. The hotel is very well located near (walking distance) some of the best restaurants in the city..."excellent restaurants is one of the redeeming qualities of this huge city". The hotel executive lounge offers great panoramic views of the city and it is a good space to have breakfast or relax after a long day. The gym is one of the best gyms I've seen for a chain hotel. It also has a full SPA that can be very helpful after a long trip. But as a frequent traveler, I always appreciate a very good service and helpful staff which this hotel has.
"Very central and comfortable"
Very comfortable high end hotel for a reasonable price. 5 mns walk to the paulista avenue, 10 Mns walk to the oscar freire area with trendy bars, restaurants and shops. 20 mns walk to the jardins. The services are nice, the rooms are clean and well fitted but a bit out of fashion. Spa is small But great with a very nice outside pool Very nice stay
"Beautiful hotel, great location!"
This was a truly stunning hotel, even the view was wonderful! Breakfast was great, as well as the bar. Plenty to see within walking distance, everything else was a short taxi or uber away. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The hotel was very secure.

I have to admit I am a bit spoiled in terms of service in hotels I frequent around the world. This hotel has even "Wow"d me in the past but this time they have really outdone themselves. Julia Maranhao is the Front Desk lead and heped put together a special arrival just after my birthday. They not only had a birthday cake waiting for me as I arrived in my room but they also filled the room with balloons and a special card signed by the staff. The special staff include Ana, Barbara, Alessandra and the team that serves the food every night from the executive lounge but also special staff at the front desk like Dany Bueno and the whole team that makes you feel welcome from the minute you walk in to the door to the second you leave wishing you safe travels. This welcome today was special and unique. But the team here makes every visit feel special and every business meeting and guest I have here feel at home. This could not be better in terms of having the discipline and formality for work and the hospitality of home. Kudos to one of the best teams I have ever seen work together as a whole team to make my guest experience exceptional. I have added some pics of my arrival and room.
"THE BEST TEAM ON MARRIOTT"
I want to write this to everyone but specially to the @renaissanceSP Team and to people that have not being here before, this is the best Marriott property I stayed in EVER! I'm a platinum member and more than ever I'm a Marriott forever client! They love working for Marriott, but they make me feel at home here! My second home. They know your preferences, your likes and dislikes, and they care! On the smallest details. My wife used to tell me I am spoiled living 150 days per year in hotels all over the world. Finally she spent 10 days here at the Renaissance SP with me. Now she said "I totally understand you being spoiled now!" This people are just the Best! Thank you Julie, Luigi, Ana, Barbara, Ale, and everyone from the reception! The Food and Beverage People are PRICELESS! Igor, Caio, Anderson, Felipe, Artur, Stacey and the WHOLE TEAM, from the room service to the AMAZING SUSHI and the Best Bar in Hotels, you guys ROCK! Our friends from the Door, Ailton, Dona Maria Jose, Jeff And everyone, from the morning to the MADRUGADA! THANK YOU for helping me, my Family and friends!
